What's wrong with using the word stupid to define such a stupid action. Sorry if I don't use such big words like you do all the time. I really don't care if you won't take in my opinion because maybe the words weren't complexe for ya but in the end the heart of the message is still there. And that message is that liberals like that are douchebags.

Would you wear it if I got you one for your bday? After all, it's different in Canada. Blue = Republican there, no?

No because the difference between me and you is that you want to create more social classes to elevate yourself from them "conservatives". I find it sick that people are actually trying this. And I wouldn't wear it if you got me one because I hate to differentiate someone by having to wear a badge or bracelet of some sort.

So because he's not a democrat, that automatically makes him ignorant? Wouldn't that make you ignorant for making that comment?

Actually, as a Republican, you're the one wanting to create social classes, but...

How do I want to create more social classes? Am I classed under a republican now? I'm more of a centrist I'd say. I like my universal health care and am willing to pay the taxes for it too.

Sorry, I was under the impression you were a Republican. The majority of your posts would leave one to believe that.

That's mainly because I'm for the Iraq war and how many democrats are for the war eh? I tend to be slip between the two. I hold values that are qualified as republican but I also have some that would be considered democrat.

Nope.
Before the election, ChipMunky (or, hotgerman2k5) went on and on about how much he liked Bush. Turns out, that, when he took one of those "match the candidate closest to you" tests, he got 30% Bush and something like 51% Kerry. That makes him oblivious, ignorant, and highly influenced by parents (and friends/family).

Yes because some test online should influence your decision.

i think it has a lot to do with the fact that people have a habit of becoming confrontational when their opinions are not shared .... me thinks atleast.

According to an online quiz, I'm 48% gay! I mean, heh... that's just foolishness! Heh... heh... heh. :-$

I think some people just want to stand tall and show off their intelligence to make some people look dumb, when I don't really care. I've looked stupid before, I'm used it. When someone who is right all the time slips up, they won't be ready for it. There is a lot of that around here, people believing their opinion is the correct one. When Makeshift replied to me, I didn't argue with him, I embraced both my own reply and his reply. That probably means I'm not a debating kind of person. Most of the time debating is like playing golf. You take a swing with your argument, see how far it goes, then your opponent does the same. Then you take another swing with the same argument, and so forth. The only difference is neither person wins, and we usually get a "We'll just agree to disagree" reply. That's why I stopped debating a while ago. Intelligent conversation can be found without debates, so I refrain from it almost always.

Is this quiz really that reliable? It was probably some 40 year old living in his parents basement who thought this quiz out and now you're using it as a good fact? Now that's being ignorant to the tit of things.

You're right, rustman.
That quiz was biased as hell. For instance, if you said that "No Child Left Behind" was a good thing on it, they counted you as if you were in Bush camp, even though Kerry said he'd increase the funding for that program.

Nice try. It was on AOL.com
But, besides that, do you really think that if someone goes towards the opposite direction of his candidate 7/10 times (i don't know how it is scored, but let's assume this), don't you think that person is either a) voting on one issue or b) voting on personality or c) ignorant.
I mean, naturally, I probably wouldn't change my vote. But at LEAST ChipMunky can show some tolerance of other people, particularly when he shares some of their views. And, he doesn't. He doesn't ever answer things like "Why are you a republican" but just sits there and ridicules Dems and their supporters, even though they share more in common (or, at least Kerry did) with him.

Krem explained how the questions weren't really that fair to start off with and the questions weren't very specific at all. How can you judge anything off of that test when the questions weren't even good enough.
Free speech is beautiful ain't it That's why Chippy doesn't have to say shit to you or anyone else. You can retort back to him but he doesn't have to reply. Sieg Hail to you if you want to force him to do something.

Okay.
I'll give the test a percent error of 10% - very optimistic, considering that only a handful of questions were worded in a way that favored one of the candidates (and there were like 50 or so). That would make ChipMunkey's score for each candidate (if it were 30/50), at an extreme, 40% for each.

The test wasn't from AOL, though. I think it was from politicalcompass.org.
AOL simply syndicated it.

Damnit, Krem.
I dun't remember what the test was. But there was a laaaarge difference between the two candidates, and the Ketchup guy had the higher percentage.
