Finally Gordon Pinsent!!!! And Laura Dern is just too much for me to handle. Even if I'm not sure it belong on the '07 list. One of my favorite lists so far (though its kinda weird that easter promises is a runner up in the best picture category but away from her ends up winning best canadian film without a mention in picture...unless it's because it won the best first feature award)

Those are some pretty awesome runner-ups. I know there's the Canadian bias and all, but that Pinsent mention is SO cool! So is the Zodiac love, though I really wish it could get something beyond 2nd/3rd place.

i'm so used to seeing DDL win Best Actor that no mentions at all on the list immediately make me think they didn't see TWBB

I think after Day Lewis and Clooney, Mortensen is the third-most sure thing in the Best Actor category now.

Re: Toronto Film Critics Association 2007 Awards
well, these guys are a little biased, as I know Cronenberg's Canadian, and Mortenson might also be Canadian.
