Do we need 5 threads on Golden Globe? This can be combined with the prediction thread. Just do what a few people did there: bold for who will win, and italic for who should win.

Thank you for your worthless opinion. Also have you complained about the other DUP threads. I bet NOT.
Anyway, the others could easily have gone into the existing thread. The odds and one for just predictions.
Mine is asking - for your top choices of who you want to win - NOT COMPLETE. It is specific and doesn't need to get buried into another thread.
AND since this is only current for tonight up to the show and then it will end - WHAT is the big deal.
Anyway, thanks for your reply.

Goldie, xiayun's right, but I don't particularly mind the thread.
Anyways...
I'd weep if Scarlett won Best Actress, even though she probably doesn't deserve to and she won't anyways. Like you, though, I think Uma Thurman deserves SOME award (as does Imelda...she was great!)

Maybe but it is funny how mine asking a different specific question is the one that is singled out of the 5.
And as your comment above shows, it is cool that people mention their top choices with comments if they want rather than just pick the winners.

Seeing Teri Hatcher, I remember 10 years ago how she was the hot it girl from the tv show Lois and Clark, nice she is still around.

I would really like Million Dollar Baby to win. Or Clint or Alexander Payne to win Director.
I'd LOVE to see Leonardo win here because he's not going to win the Oscar.
I'd love to see Freeman win Supporting Actor... or Jamie Foxx win 2 or 3 awards.
I'd love to see Swank win.
I'd love to see Winslett win because quite frankly, Bening is in a movie that 2 people have seen and of those people 1 person cares about the film.
I'd love to see Counting Crows win instead of Mick Jagger because I think Accidently In Love is a cute song.

Wow, me too! It's such a great song. The song from Alfie is incredibly boring and it'll still win.

Hopefully, Clint Eastwood's film dominates the awards, as he works his way toward redemption for last year's Oscars. I'd like to see him win best score especially.
And even though I love Teri Hatcher like I have loved few, I think Marcia Cross is probably the most deserving, even though Hatcher was the show's biggest star, and it wouldn't have had the attention drawn to it without her.
I also hope Jennifer Garner wins, just to see her accept it.

Deadwood needs to win whatever its nominated for. If it can't, then 24.
Also, I want Kill Bill Volume 2 to sweep.

Jennifer Garner, Maria Cross, Hilary Swank (probably just because of all the naysayers who said sh'ed never be nominated again, let alone have a chance to win  ), KATE WINSLET, and Eternal Sunshine for best picture would be nice, but...yeah.
oh, and MICK JAGGER. Terrific song.

I dunno Mav. M$B was my #1 of this year and the score really isn't that exceptional I thought you didn't see M$B. I would be disappointed if it won. Howard Shore's score from The Aviator is incredible though.

I think James Newton Howard shouldve been nominated for his score in The Village, that was an incredible score.

I haven't seen it yet. I would have to drive about an hour to get to a theater that has it. Hopefully , it will win and expand quickly. I'm rooting for all things Clint, no matter if it deserves it or not. =D>

It takes great skill to create films like Mystic River and Million Dollar Baby back to back.
I can't imagine his hurt if he fails to get top prize for the second year in the row.
