ABC quoted Jackson's accuser as saying, "We were laying on the bed and he told me that men have to masturbate. He told me that he wanted to teach me ...so we were laying in the bed, and then he started rubbing me.


"... he put his hand down my pants and he started rubbing me ... my private area ... he was masturbating me," said the boy, who was 14 when he testified last spring.


The prosecutor asked him, "Did you look over to see his eyes at any time?" The boy answered, "Yes" and added, "His eyes were like squinching really tight."


The prosecutor asked the youth if Jackson, 46, ever talked to him "about those occasions where he masturbated you?" and the boy answered, "No."


ABC said the prosecutor then asked the boy "Did you at any time touch Mr. Jackson?" and he answered, "No. He -- he wanted me to, but I didn't. I said no and I pulled my hand away."

I really don't know what to believe. If it is true, I hope they lock his ass in solitary confinment for the rest of his natural born life

You know, based on everything that's been ceased from this Guy's Ranch, plus the amount of complaints issued against him over this, I'm inclined to believe this fucker is as Guilty as it comes and he clearly has a problem and like Ashlee Simpson, is experiencing a serious case of DENIAL over it.. Now I realize that there is probably some people out there that would try and Extort $$$ from this guy, but if you listen to the complaints and interviews with the people bringing the complaints forth, they look legit and don't look like there out for $$$... I also think that even if Michael Jackson is somehow found "Not Guilty"??? It won't matter cause basically, his career is now forever damaged by this and it's over and I hope for his sake that he had the God given brains to invest his $$$ wisely that he earned throughout his Career and not pissed it away.... In short: Stick a Fork in this Guy.. He's done..
