Yeah it must have done really well.

I know making fun of Spidey is so ten minutes ago, but there's a couple appropriate responses that wouldn't be as ridiculously trivial:

1) Post the ratings if you have them.
2) "Ooh, I hope. I enjoyed this show so much! Because, well, I was in a glee club once."
3) "That's impressive. What was the last show to propel a song like this?"
4) "Don't Stop Believin' is such a great song. I loved their rendition."
5) "Wow, what an amazing comeback for insert-D-star-artist-here."
6) Don't post.

I mean from Spidey's perspective, lol. Like, if he's inclined to respond to your fact, there's six things he can do.

Oh I thought you were saying that's what he should say to me!

I was about to send you a virus with the Gokey Scream on it or something.

By joking about viruses, I think you just upped yourself from Nerd 2.0 to Nerd 2.01infinity.com

Though, if Spidey were to ever respond with a blunt "Shut up, Libs," I think I'd crack up so hard that I'd sound close to (but not as pitchy as) Danny Gokey.

Haha it's funny because I know nothing about computers. Like, nothing. I'm technologically disabled.

Wow....sorry I bothered posting. I was just agreeing with what Libs had to say. You don't need to be a jerk about it. What have I done to warrant that.

The song is #1 on iTunes now btw...if anyone cares.

I enjoyed the show alot, but don't get why we have to wait till freaking September. wth is that about? Let's try to the kill the buzz on a show as fast as possible.

Anyway, I liked the story, students, and singing. I found it very funny.

Obviously sensing the insane momentum this show has been gaining, FOX has moved up the premiere date to September 9th. A special "extended director's cut" of the pilot will air on September 2nd.

Also, they just released another musical sequence from an upcoming episode. This one features Mercedes performing "Bust Your Windows":

The actual pilot (the 'extended director's cut' of the preview episode from May) got rave reviews from its screening at the Outfest here.

Can't wait... haha for the Golddigger performance.

I'm excited to actually watch this show when I'm not distracted by dialing a phone number like a robot (i.e. how I watched the pilot episode when it was on right after Idol).

This seems to be getting a LOT of buzz now.

So glad they moved it up. Yaaaay.

Bump!

It seems like Obama is going to delay its premiere so it'll premiere on 9/16 now as Fox released a statement about SYTYCD premiering next week but nothing on Glee. Can't CNN, MSNBC, and FOX news just do the coverage and not the affiliates?

No more delay. Fox isn't having it. They are pissed at Obama.

There is also chatter that the Republicans might air a response after the session, which means the other networks would have to abandon their 9 PM regular programming as well.

The Obama speech has been moved to 9 PM now to better accommodate the networks, who are all a little tired of Obama's insistence to do everything in Primetime.

I forgot they showed a slightly different version of the pilot Wednesday, I missed the Leaving on a Jet Plane number. Looking forward to this show starting up.

There are about 10,000 other shows I plan on watching in this time slot (namely, SVU and Modern Family/Cougar Town) but Glee will be taking precedence.
