Is it just me or are the ratings for Prison Break decreasing?

I think Heroes hurt 24 a lot. Although it seemed like these two shows can maintain high ratings airing against each other, after few weeks it seems 24 is very vunerable to Heroes.

Yep... Heroes has taken an effect on 24.

And also.... CSI Miami 19 million! Whoa. I think that's a season high.

Are you sure it's not just people unhappy with this season of 24? I don't watch, and never have, but I know at least two people who said this season is just not as good as the rest.

This is what I was thinking. The season so far has been pretty underwhelming, especially after coming off such a great season last year. Maybe numbers will pick up next week with the return of last season's best aspect, Charles Logan?

Agreed here.

While 24 last season was A territory, this season so far is more like B or B-

this season of 24 started off with a bang but after that, its just slowing down. and i'm still not big on the whole family angle that the show ended up taking.

I'm spoiler free after Hour 20. Maybe it'll end on some huge note.

So, basically, for the next 15 or so episodes, nothing happens.

Or they should have wrote in the script that the chinese government were performing experiments on him while Jack was in prison so he has a big hump on his back that makes him look like Egor. Kiefer would have to be in makeup chair for hours to get that camel hump on his back but the ratings will soar while we see Jack stagger through terrorists with a camel hump

Wasn't it averaging 12-13 million viewers last season? So really it isn't down or anything. Personally I am really enjoying this season and I was thinking it was like a A-/B+ I think it is better than Season 3 or 4.

I was worried about 24 for a while, but I find things coming full circle in the last episode or two. Now, if only someone would put a bullet in Wayne's sister's head, I'll be a happy guy.

Thank God she hasn't been around.

I agree with most here. Of course, compared to last season's greatness, this season has been rather ho-hum lately. But Logan is back, which means the Russian connection is gonna come through, as well as Romeo and Juliet (Aaron and Martha Logan).

Regarding the ratings, they're fine. Yeah it could be more but at least IT'S NOT WAY DOWN FROM LAST YEAR. Heroes benefits from the college ratings. Also, Heroes is down from last week so it's definitely a two-way street in terms of audience erosion If 24 keeps on losing viewers when Heroes takes a month hiatus, then I'll be a little worried.

Yeah I think they are both costing each other like a million viewers. 24 probably will go up during Heroes's hiatus.

pretty much sums up the writing and ethic behind 24 perfectly.
