CSI: 21.0 million
Grey's Anatomy: 20.8 million
Dancing with the Stars (Tues): 20.6 million

Others...

Heroes: 14.4 million (highest rated new show of the season. It's AVERAGE is higher than its premiere!!)
Shark: 13.6 million
Ugly Betty: 13.2 million (would have beat Shark were it not for the Thanksgiving dip)
Brothers and Sisters: 13.1 million

And Lost, for those who care or want to compare, should be 17.1 million


With repeats, by the end of the season I don't think any scripted shows will average above 20 million. I say CSI still takes the cake!
