98 rating? Crazy, I need to rent the first few seasons so I can catch up and watch season 4.

Reviews, like Metacritic shows, have been glowing for this season. And the show has actually received glowing reviews every year in which a season has aired. I think EW at one point called it the best show on TV.

I know it also has a league of devoted fans. (I read some guy's blog today who truly thinks it is the best show in the HISTORY of television.) But, naturally, that combination of universal critical acclaim and devoted fans equals low ratings. And I've heard the show may or may not see a fifth season.

I'm really curious about it. If I have time (and probably after I get through the next two seasons of Deadwood), I'll be catching up on this one.
