Evil Dr. Will - A bastard...a delightful bastard. He steals people's hearts.
Monica - Sassy and often unintelligible, but pretty fricking awesome.
Mike Boogie - Horrid wigger.

Chicken George just kind of sucks.

I don't have anything to say about these people as I didn't see much of their seasons (started watching for last few weeks of #3):

Bunky, Danielle, Chicken George, Marcellas, Mike Boogie, Monica, Will, Lisa

Out of these people, the only ones that really seem interesting to me are:

1) Will
2) Danielle
3) Monica
4) Lisa
5) Marcellas

For #4-6, I would want to see them on the show in this order:

1) Janelle
2) Ivette (I KNOW! I can't believe I'm saying this, as she's my least favorite player of all time, but she was So bad that she was always interesting to see her go off the wall. She is very clingy, so it seems like she could be very fun to have in the house). Also, Janelle and Kaysar were all the more interesting because they were the "good guys" so they need to be inspired to win against the friendship, and Ivette being in the house (only remaining link of the friendship) would improve Janelle/K's gameplay and interest value. IMO she is a must to be in the house.
3) James - This season, I can see him/Janelle instantly making an alliance.
4) Nakomis
5) Erika
6) Kaysar
7) Dana - She wasn't interesting her season, but with Ivette/Janelle, etc, I think she would drive people nuts.
8) Alison - She will make for interesting TV. Her and Janelle would be interesting.

No to:

If these results are somewhat reflective of the actual count, than Diane and Janelle are definite locks to enter the house, with Ivette, Danielle, and Erika clawing for the final female spot. Among the guys, Kaysar and Howie seem solid, with the possible addition of either George (good god no...) or Will.

I wouldn't rely too heavily on those numbers. There are two other autovoter sites out there (cybonica.com and novati.ca). I think the Novati.com ones are more accurate because it combines the data from all three sites, although the results are dismaying (COWBOY as a top vote getter).
