The reason why we don't know about Claire is she is going through her memory thing. She has to raise the child or all will go ill!

Matthew Fox revealed that the Nov 16th episode (The Other 48 Days) will not feature any of the regular cast.
That's actually very creative and could end up being one of my top episodes.

And is it me, or do her teeth seem different? I feel like last time I saw her in her movie, her teeth were kind of messed up. Now the top teeth are all straight and white. It's been bothering me because I can't figure out if something did change or if I am going crazy.

Ummmm... spoilers to follow if you have no idea what we have been talking about for 2 pages....
If a character is getying offed within November sweeps, it's not going to be Shannon. I believe the writers have expressed that they are bringing more to her character soon.

Clearly she is being installed so we can have some hot mudwrestling scenes with Kate.
There's no way they kill off Sun at the moment. Currently, Sun and Jin are the only functioning love story on the island. Plus she's Korean and waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too hot.

Her brother died, she's got a relationship with Sayid, and she's looking after Walt's dog, Vincent. There's reasons for EVERYONE not to die, but it has to be someone. I just refuse to believe it's Shannon. Claire has an ongoing storyline with Charlie, has her memory lapse storyline, has the most space to go with in her flashbacks as we know nothing about her yet. And her trump card reason: She, and only she, has to be the one to raise the baby. Its her fate. Obviously something is special with it, and they can't get rid of that yet.

I also think Sun has the position of the fall-back "doctor" should they ever decide to off Jack. Her being there lessens his position somewhat.

Has it occurred to anyone the death might be Kate? It would certainly be more shocking than any of the other women. Maybe the "interesting directions" planned for Shannon's character might be she kills her or something.

What do we really need from Kate? Don't we know everything there is to know? What purpose does she actually have on the show, besides some confusing love triangle/quadrangle (is that a word?!)? The only reason people dismiss her being offed is because she's considered the lead with Matthew Fox. Other than that, what reasons are there for keeping her over anyone of the other girls? At least Shannon has an ACTUAL relationship with Sayid, and she looks after Walt's dog, Vincent. All Kate has is this sexual tension with Jack, and with Sawyer. We learned who she killed, how she killed him, how she got there... what more is there from her? Nothing that puts her above any of the other girls.
And, I recall someone posting a rumor that whoever gets killed off was asking for a pay raise, and she seems like the most likely candidate, since she has been considered the co-star of the show with Fox.

Which pretty much eliminates the option of it being Kate who dies, because the spoilers is on SpoilerFix and it's under 'Season 02 General Spoilers' not under any of the upcoming episodes. The person who dies dies when the show comes back in three weeks, and it doesn't seem like the kiss will be happening in that episode because thye probably would have advertised it in commercials for the show. Which means the kiss happens sometime after, so she obviously lives.
Other than that... I wonder who she kisses. I can only -hope- that it's Jack.. I've been a fan of their coupling since the first episode when she gave him stitches, and I really don't like her with Sawyer. Guess time will tell  .

So anyways... in looking at the episode 6 photos... my current theory...
... is that the spoiler is wrong and Sun is the one who dies, or that Sun finds out that Jin was porking one of the other girls during their "breakup". The jealousy angle is sharpest when it involves Sun and Jin.

Episode 6 pictures are Claire-heavy, but it doesn't give us much. We know she'll probably be involved somehow.
And WOW at the Ana-Lucia pictures! Surprising. Maybe we won't look at her as so bad now.
