Did anyone see the episode of South Park where they made fun of Terri Shiavo? I felt bad for laughing. And the last episode was pretty good, it was rather character driven.

Anyways, my vote is for South Park. I love it. :)

I voted for the simpsons, when the simpsons were in their prime nothing could touch them, south park dosent deserve to be mentioned next to the simpsons in their prime. The simpsons have sucked for years now though but their history is so much that south park cannot compete with it.

South Park is much better and always has been. South Park actually parodys real topics now, so they can keep the show from going stale like The Simpsons did.

I find that the South Park parodies of real topics tend to be less funny than real episodes. (probably because they write the parody episodes in 1 day.)

But geez, when the Simpsons try their hand at Satire now-a-days... Its really..............................

really......................................

Terrible. The episode where they tried their hand at a Passion of the Christ satire was one of their worst episodes. Wasnt funny at all. The South Park episode where they tried their hand at a Passion of the Christ satire was funnier, but still kind of bad. (mel gibson is crazy? Is that all you can come up with?)

South Park definitely. If The Simpsons was as good as it was back in the 90's, then my vote would go to it but the quality has taken a huge huge dip over the past few years to the point where it's practically unwatchable, and way out of touch with pop culture now. Crazy that it won the Emmy this year, shows how out of the loop they are too. South Park is consistently hilarious, with a a random crap episode once in a while. Family Guy meanwhile is a spastic mess that is funny once in awhile, and I could never get into Futurama.

On the one hand, The Simpsons is now a bit shit, and on the other, South Park's never been truly brilliant. I'd say presently South Park has the edge, but one episode of The Simpsons in their prime wees on any one season of South Park.

Regardless, Futurama has them both beat.

They weren't making fun of her, they were making fun of the media circus. It's ok to laugh.

Simpsons, but much harder choice than I would've thought.
