I strongly doubt 24 getting a nod considering the backlash to its latest season. If it does then it will confirm what we already know - awards shows are fucked up

But like we've said, the Emmy voters aren't seeing entire seasons. They're seeing select episodes, and even a crappy season of a TV show usually produces a handful of solid episodes. And there's your submission.

But as others have said, a similar thing did happen to Lost last year. And Lost's second season wasn't even derided like 24's was this past season.

I'd really like to see something get in over 24 (especially something that needs it, like FNL), but still, I'm not counting on it happening.
