I'm barracking for STUDIO 60, anything that can kill CSI and CBS, is worthy of my eyes.

What a rip-off of Hockey Night in Canada. Shameless.
Of the new shows, Heroes and Studio 60 look good, though I doubt they will be.

Here's the 6-minute preview they showed at the presentation. I think it looks good:

A short fun E! piece with brief talks with actors from Studio 60 and the Office about being picked up. I knew I recognized that Stuido 60 guy from somewhere, he's from the West Wing. Must have seen him while flipping past it one day.

I just found out that Rob Thomas was courted to be show runner for Friday Night Lights, and he loved the pilot and really wanted to do it, but didn't want to jeopordize Veornica Mars, so I may have to check it out.

TV Guide's reporting that NBC has bucked and Studio 60's new home will be Mondays, which would give Scrubs a sooner-than-expected slot in the schedule on Thursday nights.
Sounds fine to me.

Good. I had a Grey's/O.C. conflict at that slot anyway, and Studio 60 would be good for my sched (as long as they don't put it at Mondays at 9, ick).

They put Law & Order on Fridays? Uhh...OK?
Also, where is Medium now that it's been displaced by Studio 60? Midseason?

The one positive, no more Wednesday "To Catch a Predator" bullshit. I loathe those episodes of the already dull Dateline.

Urggh, why did you guys have to edit this thread too when there is already another one? I wanted to compare the new schedule to the original.
PEACE, Mike.

I liked those and they will return next May I've heard. They do a good deed getting some peverts off the streets and in prison where they belong.

If the only way police stations can catch potential child predators is with the help of dateline then we have a problem. Catching sexual predators this way has been going on for awhile, adn initally dateline seemed to be informing parents but now it just comes across as sensationalism to me. I don't like the idea of showing a person's picture as a potential sex offender till they are convicted. It just seems like skeptical police work to have someone you plan to arrest questioned for dateline before you cart him off to jail.
