Gretchen's whiny voice has made a cameo appearence again.
Let's hope it doesn't return. You're starting to grow on me.
Can it, lady.

Argh...
I didn't like it when a leg was continued over two episodes last season, and I don't like it now.
Oh, well. That just means more show! Hehe.

I didn't like the two parter in Hungary, and I don't like it here. Especially when there's probably a NEL in the very near future as we've only seen one and there are three in total.
I would never have expected Ron to compare the streets of Lucknow to Baghdad, just never saw it coming. He continues to surprise me...While Kelly continues to annoy me, actually the both of them do. I am still trying to figure out why they didn't yield Rob and Amber. Rob truly has some magical powers of persuasion.
Still trying to figure out why the people wanted Meredith and Gretchen's autograph. Have they never seen old people before? And Gretchen really needs to learn not to give up so easily, the height of the boxes did seem like a problem but not one that ingenuity couldn't solve, I'm still glad they are in it - what with their 'shame on you' spiel to fake Raj.
When they were playing up the fact that R/A and R/K got the faster flight I was worried that it would be delayed or something in Delhi, glad it wasn't, I guess Lynn and Alex didn't work the flights as well as Rob, thats a shocker.

My family burst out laughing after that comment.

Didn't Phil look like the devious one at the end of the episode? Like "Oh boy, I'm so glad I got to fool 'em again with a false end to the leg of the race. And I'm Australian."

He's actually from New Zealand
I sort of love Phil. Jeff Probst has nothing on him.

Team Old and Team Gay need to go home sooner than later. It's funny to see Rob and Amber dominate two reality shows. That's great stuff.
Overall ok episode, I'm not a fan of subcontinential legs of TAR.

Rob and Amber rock!! Ron and Kelly are stupid. I still can't believe they didn't yield Rob and Amber. Still, I was really happy when they didn't, of course. I want the old folks to pass Lynn and Alex, so that the annoying gay freaks are gone!! Geeze. They annoy me to no ends. They seriously make some scenes unbearable. Lynn and Alex are at the max height of annoying, and perfectly fit the stereotypical "Oh my god, I'm gay!" image. A-N-N-O-Y-I-N-G.
PEACE, Mike

They paused on him with a very odd expression on. It was funny and scary at the same time.

Oops... well... umm... yeah.
Yes, Phil is great, even though I like Jeff Probst, too. They're both entirely different hosts, but in the end, they both do a great job, at least in my eyes.

When? Don't worry, I'm not going to pull out my Pro-Rob army again. I just don't recall when he was a jerk.

Yes, they kind of paused on him, when he's usually about to say "You're team number whatever!". His eyebrows were raised to their maximum eyebrow-raisin' capabilities. And then Amber was all "Aaawwwwwwwww maaaaaaaaaaannnn!!!". I'm glad Lynn and Alex weren't first, it probably would have been much uglier faces.

i think it looked like she gave up faster than she did. As you heard her "I've checked all of these boxes" You know it only showed her looking for a hort time but she was there for a long time looking. Proof would be that they didn't get to the tea until the other teams had already been gone.

He was just his normal self, I thought. The way he was acted toward the people in the office building and the way he acted toward the people in the street just seemed downright rood. I understand that it's a game, but I didn't see any of the other teams acting that way (Maybe Kelly did, but she's dumb so she doesn't count. ). Maybe I just look for anything negative about him? I dunno, but something always seems to pop up for me. :???:

I think it's the exact same way for me, looking to always defend him. I understand. To each his own, right?

Poor Meredith and Gretchen. Their luck has been so bad that I'm begining to suspect that their stay on The Amazing Race is just some giant prank being pulled on them by a former nemisis. I mean, just look at her! There have been contestants on Survivor that went for over a month without food or shelter, and they looked about 100 times better then Gretchen does now.

Can I have a quick run down of what this show is about and who I'm supposed to hate, as I'll be watching Tuesday for the first time.

She recruited you , too? You still need to see The Truman Show, though. No excuses about VHS. I had to not only rent A Beautiful Mind, but had to rent the VHS because the DVD was out. VHS is no excuse not to rent something. [-X

But, but... it's VHS! It's the scum of the entertainment world.
Oh, and she did kinda, sorta recruited me, but I'm also very desperate to watch a good show.
I'm going to try The Amazing Race, Lost, and Desperate Housewives (which is the one I think I'll like the best).

By the way, Zingy, guess what's on tonight?
... Desperate Housewives.
