Not sure, but I would guess she's one of the others.
Apparently one of them was a blonde woman, which would match Watros.
I don't know.

Man, I'm so sick of the Eastcoasters watching everything 3 hours earlier.
I probably won't watch tonight's episode for another 5-6 hours (cuz plus I have work and ahve to tape it) while they get to see it in less than 90 minutes!

Man, you should really see the first season before this one or it won't be that much fun, really. Unless you refer to last season's premiere.

Oh, whatever, they showed scenes from the season finale. It's not like Zingy will be so utterly confused that he's going to cry or something.

Us Eastcoasters also have to deal with miserable cold weather and snow, so it's a fair trade.

Incase I've never mentioned it, Jack is not very likeable.

I just don't think it is enough to have a compliation of around 20 seconds of scenes from an entire season. All the bits and pieces of the mystery are missing.

I don't think you're the only one on that, but I actually find him decent. Not one of the best characters, but isn't bad either. It's just that his flashbacks are usually pretty boring and pointless.

Oh, don't get me wrong, sometimes it's great to have lead characters who are the kind you love to hate and hate to love, and that's what Jack is like for me. It's not a bad thing, but he's an ass.

I don't think he's supposed to be extremely likeable. He's probably standoff-ish for a reason that will be explained.

It adds to my interest in the show, actually. I find myself rooting for him to be taken down a notch, but those kinds of characters have much potential. He's a prick, but he's one of the good guys, and pretty resourceful, but arrogant. Like I told Lecter, it's not a bad thing at all for him to be like he is.

I haven't started watching the 2nd season yet, but I taped last week's episode and I'm going to tape tonight's also. I'm not through with the entire first season yet...I think Deus Ex Machina is my next episode. But this show is awesome. Really, one of the best shows and it really deserved its Emmys. I haven't read any of the posts in here yet either in case a few spoilers pop up.
And, Yoon-jin Kim was robbed of a nomination. I think she's the best actress on the show, and second actor or actress behind Terry O'Quinn.

My biggest beef with Jack is that he has had about five or six flashback episodes, and that's not including his flashback parts from the pilot and finale episodes. The only character to have more than two flashbacks besides Jack is Kate, and I also don't find her flashbacks all captivating. So far, the ones I've enjoyed most are Locke (two), Michael and Walt (one), and Hurley (also one). I think they should have spread out the flashbacks a bit more.
And, I'm also sick of Jack's flashbacks. Jack's a hero doctor, his dad is a bastard, blah blah.

SHHHHHHHHHH. Heh.
I'll wait till the second episode is over before giving my thoughts. I want to know what happens on the damn raft and in the hatch. Great cliffhanger ending to the first episode, by the way.

Grr...I'm taping the episode right now because I have to work on a PowerPoint presentation for tomorrow. Hopefully I'll be able to watch this tomorrow.
I did watch the first 12 minutes though. Pretty good so far.

The hobbit doesn't seem to have a very big part, and he was one of the lead characters when the show first started. Any reason for his limited role so far this season?

Hmm.. noticed another flashback connection.. Micheal and Susan were talking in the same room that Claire almost gave away her baby in.
Raft scenes weren't so interesting, and I was surprised at how good the hatch scenes were. Kate taking the candy was funny and the different point of view of the first episode was neat.

There is a God and has answered my prayers?
This was a slightly better episode than last week, if only for the reveal of The Others at the end, reminded me when this show actually used to interest me. Those were the days.
