I like this new side of Bossy Boobs (thank you, Evany of TWoP) we're seeing. She needs to get some more often.
Ah, Wallace Shawn.

Just a perfect example of why Edie is my favorite on the show.

Watching Edie on those crutches trying to keep up with the other fast walking housewives at the cemetary was funny. I enjoyed this episode a lot, and it was probably the funniest one this season.

Ahh. I hate how George keeps getting away with it all. I'm going to be mad if Bree doesn't connect the dots soon.

who played Lonnie (sp?). I know his voice but can't put it to any characters I remember.
I call Bree wont find out till the end of the season or February sweeps. Or maybe she won't find out at all and Andrew finds out.

Wallace Shawn. I mentioned that he was in The Princess Bride, but he's been in many things.

He was the voice of the T-Rex in Toy Story, if that helps.

Much appreciation to both of y'all.

Thank you
I was satisfied with this week's episode, although last week's was much stronger. I really, really think the show could use more Edie and less Susan. Lanette was hilarious at the bar and I'm glad to see her work relationships evolving. Hopefully we'll see more of the boss. Bree was a bit overboard, but certainly in character. As others previously mentioned, it would be a damn shame if she doesn't figure out George killed Rex. Like, soon. She's a very intelligent woman and I'd hate to see this go right under her nose. Otherwise, next week is looking fun. I quite enjoy the quirky, sexy moments of the show

Loved Bree's breakdown at the end of the episode. She was kind of scary.. she looked possessed. But it was humorous ;D.

Yeah, I wish we'd get more scenes with all of the ladies together like we used to. Wonder if the rumored cat fits have anything to do with it?

Pretty decent episode.
Gabrielle's storyline was filler but they really make it work; great props to the writers for keeping the old stuff fresh.
Lynette is one hot 40+ year old. I noticed in the last episode she has a pretty fit body. I loved it when she was dancing up on the bar table. Although we are getting more of Lynette at work; we're not seeing why she was so successful before. All we're getting is office politics. Get aggressive!!
Susan's story was all filler as well but again, very well done.
Bree was excellent. HEr breakdown #1 (I'm assuming she will have another one once she finds out the truth) was very well done. Even when you think you've seen over-the-top Bree, you're wrong. I agree and even more strongly with Libs that it's getting really annoying having Bree in the dark. I really don't think (God I hope not) they will keep her in the dark all season; February sweeps would be a good time to let the cat out of the bag.
I'm not really looking too much into the Betty plotline because I know there is something HUGE underneath it all and we haven't been exposed to any real hard clues yet even though it is getting pretty suspicious.

I think it's just me but Adrian Pasdar in this show reminds me of a slighltly manlier version of Roger Bart.

And who's Roger Bart?

Roger Bart is George the Pharmacist and Adrian Pasdar plays Carlos' lawyer. For those who don't know.

I'm finding the show more and more tiresome. I'm really just not finding any of the storylines compelling.
At least we know what Marcia Cross's Emmy tape will be.

I just found out about Barbara Walter's 10 most fascinating people of 2005 (airing in November no less), which includes Tom Cruise and Teri Hatcher. I'm sory, but Hatcher really was interesting in 2004, not really this year... Other's include Thomas Merserau

Finally got around to watching the latest episode (October 23rd's episode). I liked it. Some funny stuff in the episode, and I really enjoyed seeing Edie with the rest of the Housewives. All five should be together more often. It's really their show anyway.
Wallace Shawn has aged a lot since I saw him last.
Again, Gabrielle has the funniest lines of the episode.
Carlos: "You know, she cheated on me!"
Bob (an inmate) gasps.
Gabrielle: "Oh Bob, you beat your wife! You are so not allowed to gasp."
Lisa, Bob's Wife: "Don't you talk that way to him!!"
Gabrielle: "One more word out of you, Lisa, and I'll backhand you myself!"
I really hope Eva Longoria isn't left without a nomination next year at the Emmys. She has the best comedic timing and some of the funniest lines of the show.

SOMEONE please explain this!! I went back to the Season 2 premiere and watched the last 30 seconds. The man in Alfre Woodard's basement is white. His arm and hand are white. The skin color of that man does NOT match the skin color of the man we saw in the last episode at all. The man we saw two weeks ago was black. He was evidently black. Can someone explain this? Are there two men in her basement? Or, is this just a slip-up on the writers' part? Did they go for a white guy first, and change their minds? I need some damn answers, it's been bothering me since three weeks ago when the black guy attacked her. HE WASN'T BLACK IN THE PREMIERE!!!

I'm thinking slip-up. Or something along those lines.

I watched the repeat of the premiere last Sunday with this in mind...
I actually don't think it's clear if it's a white hand or black.
