It would be brilliant and captivating television. Then again, if she wins the money, she may not care. But she won't win the money, so it will make it even WORSE. She will have thought she was bringing her "boyfriend" type thing to the finale, but it will turn out that she brought a horrible person who hates her, and it will make it all the worse. It's kinda funny, but also kinda sad. By the way, apparently it's pretty much set now that Janelle will be on The View on Wednesday! I love how the first (and maybe only) person they choose to interview after the show is Janelle. I'll be watching! PEACE, Mike.
Awesome. Thanks for that update, Mike. Heh, I think if Elisabeth (on The View) ever leaves the show, perhaps Rosie will try to get Janelle to co-host The View. That would be awesome.

Well, not really surprised on the winner. I thought that both were poor choices to make it to the end. But, what can you do.
Poor Erika though. The show aside, I really do feel bad for her. I mean to have this revealed to you on live tv. You can tell there was tension already. Janelle wasn't too happy about the whole James thing either. I guess no one would be. Oh boy... Then, you get to go to a party right after with these people. How fun!
Who do you think would have won is Janelle and Will made it to the final two?

While Will strategized so well, if he were up against Janelle, I think Janelle would have won, because she literally won everything, and because Will had won before. Janelle was robbed her season, and everyone knew it. The fact that Will won, would have been the deciding factor.
Marcellas: Janelle
Howie: Janelle
James: Janelle, I think he would have given it to her because he felt a tad like he was still on her side. Also, Janelle won so many competitions, and James, who uses a similar strategy to make it far (ie needing to win competitions to stay around), would have appreciated the fact that she won so many things.
George: Janelle
Mike: Will
Danielle: I think she would have given it to Janelle.
Erika: Janelle

Barfffffff. Mike Boogie, Big Brother winner thus far best fitting the description "human trash"? I think so.
I had an extremely up and down opinion of Erika this year, but that finale was just not good to her at all. She didn't really deserve to have all of that revealed to her in an hour (Boogie's trash-talking, Howie's "I think America hates you", Alison's "Buy some dignity", etc.)
Byeeeeeee Big Brother. See you next summer.
Preferably with less vomit-inducing winners than the last two years (Maggie, Boogie) have brought.

I forgot it was even on tonight. I'll have to catch it on the CBS website.
But from the sounds of it, it was an awesome episode with Erika getting owned during most of it. And Janelle won more than she did.

It was nice to see the lop-sided vote in Boogie's favour, exactly how it should have been. Of course, Boogie owes Will at least half of that money, since without him, Boogie never would have been picked by the producers to be on the show.
One last congratulations to Chill Town for doing the unimaginable and winning BB All-Stars.

I feel bad for Erika as well. Even though she made a lot of stupid mistakes in the game, I don't think she ever set out to hurt anyone. Unfortunately, the show couldn't pay her the same respect, and instead of simply relegating her to second place, they added insult to injury....which I didn't really care for.
And even though I warmed up to Janelle a little more this year, I must say that I hope this is the last we ever see of her and the rest of season six.

Shut your face, bitch.
All in all, I'm not disappointed. That stuff is done for me. I was really happy to see that Janelle's win was announced AFTER the All-Star winner was announced. Obviously, not even Big Brother cared who won the $500,000.
Man, I really wish we had seen some sort of Jury House special. That stuff at the start was far more entertaining than anything that Boogie and Erika could have talked about.

I don't necessarily agree with some of what she wrote, but here is Miss Alli of Television Without Pity's recap of last night's finale:
Miss Alli wrote: There's a way in which every cast of a season of a vote-off show gets the winner that best represents it. Casts with a critical mass of decent people tend to get winners like Tom or Tina, while casts made up of repulsive hammerheads get winners like Brian Heidik. It's sort of unavoidable, especially because of the final vote. So there's a certain inevitability to the fact that a bunch of really hateful assholes like the ones who populated this season would wind up with Mike as their winner. It seemed shocking when it became clear that he was going to win, but...people who would do this -- people who need to come back to be on a show this stupid for a second time -- this is who they think is cool. Mike owns restaurants where people will treat you like a VIP if you were on Dog Eat Dog. He's part of the whole weird, incestuous sub-industry of making people like this feel important. It just makes perfect sense that they'd pick him. Of course they'd pick him. Why wouldn't they? They're idiots, and he's their leader. Anyway, the jury is a roiling swamp of genuinely embarrassing behavior, led by Janelle, who drops the pretty-princess Betty-Boop game and behaves like a spiteful, angry, cruel asshole in a transparent effort to impress Will. Of course, Will is gross and cruel instead of funny as well, while Danielle self-righteously lectures everyone that it shouldn't be personal, then not only votes for purely personal reasons, but goes out of her way to twist the purely personal knife by trying to make Erika think she's getting Danielle's vote. The show itself piles on by highlighting Alison and egging her on as she ridicules and humiliates Erika in front of her family and her friends, not for anything related to the game, but for being fooled into caring about someone who didn't care about her. Of all the distasteful outcomes and depressing finales that I've had to sit through in 300 recaps, this one is by far the worst, and these people behave the most antisocially and reprehensibly, pretty much without exception. It's a triumph of intensely sexist, moralistic, self-justifying bullshit, and there is not one person who comes off at all well. It's an enormous relief that this is over, because in spite of all the time I've spent arguing that the vast majority of shows like this need to be taken at face value and don't actually suggest that the people involved all need to be sent to a desert island and never allowed to come back, I'd be willing to reconsider in this one special case. Just put them all on their own commune, let them relive their glory days in perpetuity, and spare the rest of us.
The stuff about being needlessly cruel to Erika and the grossness of Boogie winning is right on target here.

Wow, that was pretty harsh. Nothing she could say will ever diminish my love for Danielle or Will, though.
And it looks like Jun has officially taken over the Revenge of the Houseguests blog:

I was really hoping it would be a unanimous vote for Boogie since Erika is such a delusional idiot (sorry but I loved how she got reamed during the finale), but leave it to Marcellas to ruin everything as always. The fact that I was rooting for Booger to win is indicative of how wretchedly awful this final two was. Booger was one of my most hated houseguests ever! Bleh. 'Twas a pretty good season, I'd say above BB6 & BB4 at least, just wish we could erase those last 5 days or so.
And for whatever reason, RealPlayer is repeating the live feeds, as in from the very start of the game! I have them on now and they're talking about whether they should evict Ali or Dani. Super-weird...I'm disappointed they're not showing the real first few days though, when the feeds were blocked out.

The more I think about it, the more I'm glad this season is over.
Mike Boogie is easily the worst winner of all time. He is one of the most thoroughly unlikeable people I've ever seen. He has major issues, I think, like actually. Like hating women and getting some kind of sick pleasure from degrading them, for one.
This season, for me, just ended horribly between Janelle's eviction, Mike Boogie's total suckitude, and Erika's unfortunate and undeserved public humiliation.

Agreed. The season just went horribly wrong, probably starting with Janelle's deal with Scrubika. I think she would have had a far better shot against Boogie and Will, and the greatest move ever quickly became the greatest mistake ever. Ironic, considering she said she was done making mistakes.
This is just bringing up new anger in me, so I'm going to stop thinking about it.

Slightly easing the pain of Boogie's horribleness:
I heard The View had Boogie/Erika/Janelle as guests this morning, and Rosie O'Donnell practically eviscerated Mike Boogie. Good times.

Edit: Just watched it? That pretty much rocked? DOWN WITH MIKE BOOGIE. Erika is at least putting up a moderately strong front, I suppose. That's good.

Entertainment Weekly's interviews with Boogie and Erika:
http://www.ew.com/ew/report/0,6115,1534686_3_0_,00.html
My favorite part is when Erika reveals that her brother was reported to security during the finale for saying "I just wanted to tell you that your daughter is a cunt" to Alison's mom.

She would have been evicted either way. At least she took Erika to the final three and had a decent deal with her. Unfortunately she blew it in the HOH competition, which is really what sealed her fate.

How would she have been evicted? As I see it, Will would have lost the endurance easily, while Boogie and Janelle would have probably battled it out. I say Janelle would inevitably win. Boogie would win part two. Janelle would have likely won the Q&As on the former houseguests, and boom! Janelle and Will final two.
Too bad, really. I'm over it now, but it's really too bad.

I dunno, there's no way Janelle could have predicted all that before she voted Will out. She went with the better option knowing what she knew at the time, imo.

I think everyone thought Janelle made the better decision at the time. I certainly have to give props to Erika, for a job well done. All of the feedsters should have known better though, because Erika has always been adamant about getting rid of Will.

Will called in to House Calls on the last episode (watchable online at cbs), and said he and Mike will be going onto Amazing Race. Not sure if that's an official confirmation but he seemed to think they'd be on there.

Dude, that video is the best video I've ever seen! Boogie got OWNED. Rosie was hilarious. She did a great job of giving Mike credit, yet still pointing out how horrible he is. And her talk with Janelle and Erika was great too.
No wonder The View's ratings have gone up. Rosie makes the show really funny and less bland.
PEACE, Mike.

I don't oppose. I'm actually awaiting it. As long as Mike Boogie has Will to rely on for the humor and charm, it'll be good. Although, if they win, I'll be suspicious.

Damn. Why can't Boogie stay off my TV!!
I'm looking forward to it regardless because of Will.
