Agreed. I was actually going to post that I thought any fighting going on in here was disrespectful, but I thought that might make me look a tad hypocritical since I added a comment.

But, anyway, I completely agree.

The Dark Knight's box office and his Oscar chances are both pretty much dependent on the circumstances surrounding his death. It's too early to say anything at the moment.

Nevertheless, his career had matured tremendously over the years. The real tragedy is that it felt like his best work was yet to come.

Perez Hilton is reporting that an Olsen twin was involved.

He was reportedly found dead in an apartment belonging to her. NYT says that she's in California right now, though.

I so thought it was a joke when I opened the thread Ledger was the man, his outstanding talent will be missed.

They are.

1. If he overdosed by mistake (if they were sleeping pills or some medicine) or if his body did have a freak strange reaction to whatever he ingested then this is very sad news.

2. If it was some other drug and he was addicted to forbidden subatances then it's his fault and I feel no sympathy (especially having a daughter to care for).

3. If it was suicide, well, it was his choice, but again, he should have thought about his family first and how this may affect them

geesh... can people wait for an actual cause of deth before speculating. Heath had no history of drug abue. this is most likely a horrible accident.

He was one of kind. RIP

I am at a major loss for words. I am stunned, I do not know what to say. He has a 2 year old kid, was about to get an enormous boost to a prospering career.

I dont know what to say except rest in peace man.

I personally object to this last statement, but I'm not going to get into that debate right now.

Cops are now saying it was an accident, and this was not Olsen's apartment.

According to TMZ the apartment is not owned by Mary-Kate and that his death is "accidental".
