Welcome to Step One in the process to choose WoKJ's next forum Admin. The rules of this thread are as followed:

1) To formally declare your intention to run for office please post ONLY the following: "I declare my intention to run for the office of WoKJ Admin."
2) Additional discussion is allowed, but only a post that contains the text above and nothing else will be considered a declaration of intention.
3) This thread will close at some point on June 7th. It could be at 12:01am on the 7th, it could be at 7am on the 7th. Whenever this thread is locked, if your name is not in, you are not running.
4) You can not declare intention for another poster, only the account making the declaration will be entered into the process.
5) By posting in this thread you accept all the rules declared in this thread, as well as any additional rules created during the process.
6) The right is reserved to change the rules at any time by the owners. This is the first time this has been done, it will be a learning process for all of us.

Good luck. I truly hope someone with the integrity and motivation required of the job will step up to the challenge. The future of the forum may depend on it.

snack already made a very funny and substantive campaign promise above. What have you got, torrino? More importantly, where do you stand on the Benjamin Savage John Milk issue?

I would appoint a fine moderating team (or have WoKJ elect a moderating team :-P) that would democratically decide how to handle John Savage, whether to ban him or limit him to 200 characters per post, divide his access to the forum to every every other week (or is it every other other week? haha) with Grill and Maverikk, or take the socialist approach and lend him a hand so he can evolve into a better poster.

I think the question is where do you stand on the issue being as I think you like me but are too afraid to admit it.
And honestly I don't see the pain I cause to the forum, at least my posts are coherent and legible.

John, nooooooooooooo. I would let my moderators decide democratically. Those are (just) possibilities. Personally, I don't mind you, but I've hardly engaged in any disputes with you. So idk. Vote for me!!
