Sorry, but I'm extremely offended by this. Nowhere and at no time have I ever said/asked/told Joe to do anything remotely close to that, yet I get put at the top of this "list."

I would PM Joe and ask him to take it down, but that would obviously get me nowhere.

I am offended as well. Joe's comments recently have been extremely disturbing. He is either joking, in which case something is seriously wrong with him, or he is in some way mentally unstable, and in that case, something is definitely wrong with him.

None of us are in any way implicated in his case; if he has a problem, let him seek professional help, as far away from the damnable internet as possible. The suggestion that any one of us would actually care to have such strong negative feelings toward anybody else on the net is obscene.

I talked to him about it. Joe recently had something happen in his life that he took really hard. He has decided to get everybody (including me) to hate him so he has no guilt when he kills himself. He basically told me to piss off when I asked him, and he was particularly happy to see it bother Libs. I don't have time for that "whoa is me" nonsense, so I told him I won't bother with him anymore, either.

In no way do I wish death upon anyone I haven't actually met, or anyone I really know, for that matter. Frankly, I did feel slightly bad for bitching Joe out last night, hence why I had my comments deleted. The most that I could possibly wish for Joe at this point is that he stays firmly on my ignore list. Nothing more.

Simply the best solution is not to gangup on Joe so much sometimes or pick apart little comments here and there. Sure sometimes he says some outrageous things but Ive seen people go after him like white on rice. I also didnt think it helps on the previous thread where a bunch of posters went off on him on the "wishing Joe well thread" and telling him if he wants to be loved to get a puppy yet at the same time Ripper who was ripping on him making a thread about her tendoritis. Sounds sort of elite and nothing wrong with Ripper's thread about her illness but at the same time you shouldnt be telling others woe is to me but do the same for yourself. Not a knock against Ripper again

there is a big difference between someone else starting a thread that he could kill himself than a thread by someone claiming they are suffering from tendentious. Suicide - muscle pain. I don't see the correlation.

Ive seen threads where certain posters who have some flu get more passionate attention than legit concerns like Matanio who has some sort of tumor. Again, the whole statement about "If you want to be loved, get a puppy" seems to apply to all conditions or circumstances even me losing my job 2 weeks back

Roid, this place is filled with hypocrites. Status lists are frowned upon UNLESS it's a status list that those frowning are a part of. When you have shallow character hypocrites like Tony Montana in the house, and his shannanigans are encouraged and lauded, that is the kind of environment you will always have.

If only everyone would stop making big issues with little comments here. Joe does it to, though he has made some progress here. If you see something you don't like, you don't have to comment on it you know. There are things Joe says at times that I disagree with, but I'm not going to cause some unneccessary argument over them. It's not needed and it's not healthy in anyway. So many arguments (not all, but most) can be avoided if people would just learn how to ignore things they don't like.

when someone says something idiotic which Joe does on several occasions, you have to expect quite a few to throw bricks at you. If it's more than 1 person it just goes to show what a dumb comment the person made in the first place. Though it still doesn't mean people should just start quoting whatever he said and start arguing. And yes, whatever Joe posted may indeed be offensive to someone, but instead of posting an entire thread about something he did or said, why can't they simply PM an admin about it? If you dislike something in someone's signature, not just dislike, but if it's something that can been seen as really offensive (nudity, a list of posters you want dead, etc), stuff like that, there is no need make a scene of it. The only thing that will come of doing so is more arguments, more negativity, and bitterness among posters who weren't even involved in the first place.

Excuse me, but The Site is intended as a place for us to express complaints and concerns. I'm sure I am not the only person that his signature offends.

If it was an entirely personal issue, I would've sent an admin a PM, but this affects everyone on that "list" by association.

Getluv, you're going too far. I could care less how far you push the envelope with regards to people who know you and don't mind, but when you start attacking members you don't get along with it is crossing a line. Let this be an informal warning, if you are getting in fights with people or make comments like "might give joe an idea" you will be taking a vacation in the near future.
