Why is it that you always jump in to comment when an opportunity arises to be in opposition of me, even when you have no ground to stand on, or are singling me out when another poster did the very same thing first in the very thread?

Remember that conversation that you and I had last week, where I told you about Eagle claiming you said something, and you said he lied? Well, I took his word for it that you were sticking me in the back, and I don't want to do that behind the back stuff with him, so tell him he's a liar in public, or admit that he was telling the truth.

Is Tony lying or did I ask you or Eagle to reprimand a mod? Now, I never asked for any such reprimand, but I did bring up a conflict of interest, but you know what, I never said any such thing to Tony, so my question is this.

If I only spoke in privacy to the admins and mods, who mentioned anything to Tony? Is that how the honor system works around here with the "team"?

Yep, because it's my right as a member, and using the honor system has gotten me nowhere, so I figured that I'd get it out in the open where no lies can be told.

Very good, Dark Shape. I've been given the runaround on more than one occassion, and my privacy has also not been taken seriously, so with those who haven't respected it, I'm just going to deal with them publicly. They'll probably wish I would have handled it privately, but they probably should understand why privacy doesn't matter anymore.

The way you're making it sound, Mav, the admins have butchered innocent children while gleefully kicking puppies. Boy, would that put an interesting spin on the site.

Correction, rule #13 states clearly:

13. Moderator and Administrator accountability: The site allows the administrators and moderators to exercise a certain amount of power. Having said that, members are encouraged to bring into question a moderator's or an administrator's actions. In such a situation, the administrators and moderators are REQUIRED to provide a good explanation and if this is not to the liking of the members of the forum, an open discussion will take place to see how a compromise between the 2 parties may be reached for that instance and for future reference.

But that would only be about things dealing with the site. This, from the way it sounds, is a PERSONAL PROBLEM which is different.
