So if you don't believe what i say, i don't see the point of these threads where you ask us the questions and this goes back to what i said earlier. instead of asking these questions that you have the answers to and don't believe for a minute, just come out and tell everyone here that this thread is to point out how unfairly you think you've been treated over the last few months, the mistakes and stupidities we may have engaged ourselves in, that there is some 'inner circle' that sits down every thursday night and conspires for next week's shannigans with the entire forum and what not. thats the purpose of your thread. stick to it.

Hey, don't get mad at me. I'm not the one who's always getting caught in lies, that's your buddy. After getting loyal into that forum with the mods, during the period that he and I were having problems, I think asking him to critique something I wrote AT THE FORUMS was beyond fucking retarded, so excuse me for giving you more credit than that, and assuming it was really a case of him deciding to do it on his own, and you, as always, trying to make excuses.[/quote]

whos getting mad? all my replies were bolded to distinguish them. i'm telling it like it is. you've felt you've had the liberty to jump to whatever conclusion you want to about a number of people this morning. i decided its time i took the liberty and call it the way i saw it too.

A few i replied back to you myself. i posted 2. and yes, i did miss a few out. Again, whats the point of this? I've always admitted to the fact that i didn't post each and every one of them. i posted what i felt was relevant and as mentioned, in the abundance of messages i get from you, as far as i know, i prolly just got tired of the entire thing and skipped those. So there you.

The point of this is to let the members know about some of your bullshit. You posted TWO freaking links. Those were sent to you on day one. Then, you pretended like you were still posting them, as I was ignoring him at your precious forums, and the whole time, you were blowing it off.

then if thats the point of this thread, stop asking me the questions. you know what i did and what i didn't.

write a post, list out all the shit i did, point out what it implies and let the members know. you're dealing with little riddles right now for reasons unknown to me if thats your purpose. eagle and i already told you. we have nothing to hide. but theres a hell of a lot of things we do on the forum to take care of it and i can't start listing everything down. you might as well take this opportunity to put everything down and let the world know. these questions are a waste of time. i've shared close to a 1000 PMs with you if not more (and that ain't figuritively speaking) .. if we plan on having the same arguments again, i want to spare everyone a thousand posts here to read.

I did not say I was out of the loop. I said I was not at liberty to discuss anything yet.Look, I am a mod here but I obviously do not make decisions by myself. this is a collective process. So if everything must be known, most of the mods, with the exception of one, felt that no suspension was warranted because this took place off the site. I or we cannot control what happens in real life. If you and loyal want to have a pissing contest on your own time outside of KJ, then so be it. We are not here to babysit. I do feel that loyal should be "warned" so to speak, but to warrant a banning for something so trivial and outside of the site, is ludicrous. This is my opinion and mine alone. Others may share it, but that is not the issue right now. Mav wants to "call me out..." come on man, this is not Tombstone. And you are being way to dramatic here Mav.

Here is the pm btw....

Re: Hey
I can't really talk about it right now Mav. The whole thing is being discussed right now and I'm not really part of the discussion. When I hear something, out of respect for you, I'll pass it along. But right now, I'm not at liberty to say what is happening.

Sorry,

Dan

As expected, baumer's gonna be soft. BTW...speaking of dramatics, you said you were going to PM me, yet you never did.

I don't consider it trivial when obsessive behavior is shown. That e-mail address was tracked down. Not something to just blow off as far as I'm concerned, it crossed the line. Lines that you people obviously don't respect. Since it was concerning an event that this site hosted, that makes this site responsible, but you obviously are shunning responsiblity.

The only thing that concerns the site about his pm Mav, is that you guys know each other from here. He did it on his own time and away from the site. Look, I see your point, and I can see where you are coming from in a way, but don't mistake or this for something that it is not. this is two grown men having some kind of kindergarten type m\pissing contest and I don't really see how KJ is responsible for any of this.

Now, humour me here for just one second. What exazctly did loyal's email exactly say to you? There was a title and nothing more. If you want to start talking like a lawyer, then start looking at the evidence. It's all circumstantial and it is pretty much a dead end.

It's one grown man, as I don't even bother with him, but he just can't get me out of his head. It's too weird for me to have another man that fixated on me.

It could have said Merry Christmas for all I care, but I don't leave an e-mail address as a contact, so how did he find it? He went out of his way to find it, and then flat out lied. "Damn, how'd that happen. Damn that AOL" If, on my own time, I decided to track down dolce's phone number and call her, I'll guarantee the attitudes would all be different. It's a double standard.

Isn't your AIM Maverikk1968?

I didn't track anything down. Your email address and AIM was given out when KJ crashed on Oscar night.

No need to. I said my peace about how your email address and AIM was given out over 5 months ago.

Continue with the show. :pop:

I'm going to weigh in here, and if my comments are not appreciated that is fine. However, being as that I'm one of the more active people here...

Mav, I'm certainly not someone who would consider you either a friend or even an aquaintance. You have attacked me several times for the simplest of things. Last week you attacked both me and Baumer because we disagreed over your conclusion that ID4 was better then WoTW. Then, last night I made a comment to Libs, and was immediately attacked. And just so you know, I PMed Libs and she did not take offense at my comment in any way. I would share what she said but I believe it is a little more personal then is appropriate.

That being said, I have seen you do this sort of action in the past, so why should the moderators jump to your defense? If you are going to simply retaliate against people for the silliest of reasons. Keep in mind this is an internet message board. I've never met you, and honestly I doubt I ever will. If you cannot respect somebody for typing something on a computer halfway across the world then you need some lessons in humanity.

I'm not here to attack you, but I seriously think this situation has gotten entirely out of hand. I have had issues with people on the board in the past but have had each one resolved. I recently had an issue with a certain moderator, stemming more from personal AIM conversations that had then led to hostility to me on the board. I PMed Eagle and the situtation has been resolved. Events like this only reaffirm my faith in the moderators/administrators.

That is all I'll say for now.

I'm not looking for a confrontation here, it's not my bag. If you want to yell at me or hurl insults, do so via PM please.

Have a good one.

Is it a coincidence that 95% of the problems with users on this site involve you? Frankly, Mav, you've caused a lot more problems than you give yourself credit for. Regarding this loyal's e-mail issue, even I told bABA in an AIM conversation that it was unlikely that loyal started an e-mail to you with that message and NOT send it out right away. It's unlikely that he didn't do that intentionally. But, like torrino said, innocent until proven guilty. And, whether it's a lie or not, it's not the problem. The problem is whether it should warrant a banning (or warning), and the answer (after lots and lots of discussion) is a flat out "NO" because it was done outside of the forum. He (obviously) didn't get your e-mail address from this site since you haven't posted it here, so the site (and it's admin and mod team) isn't liable for that. What happens outside of this forum is not our business. It was a simple e-mail. It wasn't a death threat (or any threat for that matter). Like other things, you're overreacting to this one, and the mod team discussed and made our decision. We knew you wouldn't enjoy it because, well, you never do enjoy anything that doesn't go your way, but you're going to have to deal with it. Deal with it like this, though? If you were my 8-year old sister, than yeah, I'd expect this. Coming from someone who supposedly is more mature than the young mods like me and torrino? That's just immature.

And, don't think I'm biased for loyal. I've never once talked to him via e-mail, PM, or AIM. Not once. I don't talk to him outside of this forum, but I know he's a nice person to have around the forum. He writes great articles, brings us lots of laughs, etc. I nominated him for Best Poster, and I'm proud of it.

Zingaling, for somebody who believes in the innocent til proven guilty philosophy, you sure like to accuse me of being guilty without a shred of proof.
