I guess this is the ignore feature? Not sure how I feel about that. It pretty much gives people the licence to be an ass, and then blame the offended person for not using the ignore feature that's available.

ignore feature does not mean you now have the right to pass any comment you want.
The only purpose of the ignore feature is for a person to avoid listening to another person if they so choose not to, not the other way around where people can choose what to say hoping for the ignore feature to be on. You can complain about a person's posts all you want .... saying "put me on ignore" is no excuse.

Anyways ... it is all ready to be installed ... but I need to manually size down the image to fit with this template as the mod wasn't ade for it ... thats gonna take me a little while because its BG and mouseover effects are also off ... stay tuned.
