Download Shell Uploader, perhaps also Netframework if you don't have it already (both are on same page).
Then just right click on picture from your comp, go to Shell Uploader, and upload it to one of the site you'll get to choose (best Imageshack).
Then you'll get direct link to picture, for thumbnails, and etc. And just post it.
Or you could just go to Imageshack.us for instance, and there upload it.

Forget the above ideas - here is the easiest way.
Break your computer monitor and then reach into the broken screen and there will be a slot for you send it onto the internet.
