The title says it all. Starting February 1st, if your email address is invalid, your account will be deactivated. How will we determine if it's invalid? If an email is sent to you from this forum and bounces back to our server, we will deactivate your account.

PLEASE update your email address in the control panel! After you do, your account will be temporarily inactivated and an email sent to the new address with a link allowing you to reactivate the account.

If you encounter any issues, please email kjtocool at gmail.

Yes, blocked emails bounce back. If you don't want email from the site, simply turn emails from PMs off, we don't send any other emails.

I've updated my email address, then I got logged out and it said "This account is currently inactive". Now it's working again. Is that supposed to happen?

After you change your email address, the new email address will get an email from WoKJ with a link to re-activate the account. In your case, I did this manually because I didn't fully understand the mechanics of the process.

If the email currently associated with your account is a valid email address, no update is required. You only need to make an update if the email listed is no longer valid, in which case you should update it to one that is.

I hope he's able to get his account reactivated. He's one of the best posters we have. Without him the Box Office forum won't be the same considering he always posts the weekend numbers, updates intl threads, and more.
