Recently there have been a large number of polls added to the Cinemania forum. While I'm glad it is increasing traffic, user discussion, and what not, it's also bumping movie news (such as Lecter's Warcraft thread which was made today) and other threads that usually fill the forum back a few pages.
My suggestion is if we maybe have a poll sub-forum attached to Cinemania, or just a new poll forum overall, that way the Cinemania forum is not cluttered with polls.

The polling threads is just a fad. It will peter out soon. I agree with Dr. Lecter, adding a new forum for polls would be pointless because it would be just as dead and vacant as the foriegn forum before long.

DVD should also be a sub-forum of Cinemania too.
And the Oscar section needs a new summary. We've known for quite awhile now that Oscar was a homage to silent film.

How about a Sub Forum for articles written by people on here, so there is more of an archive, the user home pages are what should be eliminated.
DVDs should just be a part of cinemania. Music, even literature and games should all just be part of the Water Cooler. Outside of the "What's the last...." thread of each one, no one posts in them anymore.
Sports, Politics, and TV is really all that have a lot of current topics.
