I can understand Roid's sudden hair loss... not only does he have to deal with the usual admin business of manning the helm during a shit storm, and the fallout afterwards, but he's also got 3 site owners above him that can question his decisions, fairness, and even the precise timing of his decisions. I don't think any admin has ever been put in that situation before, have they?

We really should work not to break him.

The good thing is, all the owners 'above' him have dealt with the same situations he is currently dealing with, and because of that, we understand what him and the mod staff are going through.

We don't really preside over his decisions, we just occasionally send the Mod team a decree or two as too how we would like them to run the forum, not specifics, but general policies. The decisions and judgments they make we really don't question unless they specifically go against the rules and decrees we have laid down for the forum. There judgment is just that, theirs, and we put them in this position to use it and we have 100% trust in them to do so.

So we really aren't presiding over them. I love it, because now I can just ignore 98% of the drama!

I'm sure it is just a pipe dream, but it would be fantastic if for one time we (as a group) didn't burn out an admin or mod until they get to the point where they rejoice the day they can move away from the responsibility, or end up at odds with former friends (ie, I want another loyal and baba podcast, yesterday).

idon't get why people keep thinking theres some sort of a rift between me and loyal. there clearly isn't one. infact, if i was to get remarried and choose a bestman from KJ, it'd still be him.

we haven't had a podcast mainly cause the bugger doesn't seem to have a mic. if we can arrange for that .. oh the possibilities.

I don't remember the details, but it was something about a secret club and loyal was upset because he wasn't told of said secret club, and modded things related to it. Soon after, you stepped down as an admin and disappeared, only to come back and post a message to which loyal deleted right away.

If that wasn't enough evidence, within that same thread you (baba) claim that you're not fighting with anybody. Denying it is the sure sign that it is true.

Since then you two act like two divorced parents who are staying together for the kids. No witty banter. No podcast.... you expect me to believe loyal can travel the world, but can't afford a microphone? Hmph!

Anyhow, after long thought, I've decided to give you joint custody of me. You can alternate every other Holiday and weekend. And, you can quit pretending to be friends for my sake. I'm a big boy and can handle that it just didn't work out and you're seeing other people.
