 Warning Levels what are the different levels?

Re: Warning Levels Everything is different and taken on a case by case basis.
In general, we give 1-2 warnings before someone gets a week vacation, but there is no discrete rule. Time between warnings as well as severity and reason are all taken into account, among other things.
