Enough of a sample size to make that claim? I have the exact opposite sentiment. Lots of good, entertaining blockbusters, not a lot that were amazing. Though I’ve still yet to see Logan, and would like to revisit BR2049. (felt like a B+ when I saw it in theaters, wondering if it would improve with a rewatch).

Yes I was being an idiot and realised it as i finished typing - but hit "submit" anyway  I'll try and see a bunch of '17 films soon. _________________
