Re: Six Movie Story Arc Planned For Power Rangers Watched it yesterday. It has a long set up and there isn't a lot of actual power ranger action but I still did enjoy it for the most part. I hope it's successful. I would like to see a sequel.

Agreed. To ensure the whole 6 film story arc succeeds, they will need the sequels to be very grounded in the characters' high school lives for it to maintain its quality story-wise. However, if they want to go for a single cash-in sequel, today's audiences would likely prefer an all-action mindless sequel.

Re: Six Movie Story Arc Planned For Power Rangers Are Chinese into Super Sentai as much as Japanese? I don't expect huge numbers in China for this. Japan could be a hit or just there though. They have their own popular Super Sentai franchises I'm not really sure Power Rangers were ever popular there as they are basically a rip-off.
