I had plans to see it in theaters twice, but one day the weather was shit and the other I was too disgusted by a certain crustacean movie to deal with another potentially obnoxious independent film.
Would like to see Passengers in theater too. That spaceship has probably sailed though.

Re: What's that must-see film you haven't seen yet from 2016 I have done a terrible job watching documentaries this year. I believe I only saw one: the Oasis documentary by the Amy team. The ones which received lots of attention (as far as documentaries go) [The Eagle Huntress, Tickled, Wiener, O. J.: Made in America, etc.] slipped by me. I may try to catch up with a few, though the O. J. one seriously disinterests me. It is, what?, eight or nine hours long, and I feel enormous burnout regarding anything O. J. Simpson related.
