Which film, only one, do you absolutely loathe?

This thread idea came to me when reading one of David's reviews (Rise of the Guardians). He pretty much, not hated, but really disliked it, yet he still gave it a "C". I've read others as well that are quite generous for some movies when their comments suggest otherwise. Even I'm a little like that - I can always seem to find something good in a movie that won't allow me to give a film an "F". But sometimes I try and step back and just say "ah what the fuck" and do it anyway.

I'm really interested to read your choices.

I actually don't HATE a movie. I dislike or don't enjoy some as they bore me to death, but hate I just leave for people, not movies, books, music, etc.

That said, these are three movies that would be in a top 10 of most disliked by me:

Oleanna
Mrs. Parker and the Vicious Circle
The Exorcist Part II

From last year: Biutiful, Another Earth, Martha Marcy May Marlene

I don't hate any either, but I extremely dislike The Son of the Mask

Ok, hate, extremely dislike, you get the point.

It's hard to pick just one. Mine would have to be: Mulholland Drive.

But I have a huge list of my most hated movies. I simply picked that one at a quick glance over them. I do really hate that movie.

Can't stand Napoleon Dynamite

Dumb and Dumberer.......they took one of my favorite comedies and bastardized it.

My most hated film(s). I gave all of these F's:

Wolf Crap
Funny Games (US)
The Dictator
The Avengers (1998)

Wolf Crap and Funny Games were just terrible for me though I did sit and watch them all the way through. It was just nothing but realistic torture violence just for the sake of doing so and I hate movies like that. The Dictator was one of the most stupid unfunny comedies ever made and that's with Anna Faris in it. Horrible. I almost walked out of it but barely sat through it. Finally, the Avengers in 1998 with Uma and Sean connery was just bad bad bad. I did walk out of that film. One of the rare times I've done so.

How about worst film that I have ever seen. Blair Witch 2: Book of Shadows that movie is horrible and I could never watch that again. The whole plot twist at the end was one of the most ridiculous, which I have ever seen, especially since the whole film pretty much misled and outright lied to the audience.

That's probably it for me as well. I want to punch Jon Heder in the face in that film, repeatedly.

Good call on Napoleon Dynamite. I've grown to hate that movie a lot.

And both Blair Witch Projects.

Bug was the worst film I've ever seen in theaters, followed closely by Hot Rod. Kind of funny that both were premieres I went and saw for free.

The Expendables.

John Singleton's Higher Learning. I really didn't like it when I first saw it and came to subsequently detest it when I watched it again on HBO. A preachy debacle. Tyra Banks getting shot and shouting "whyyyyyyyyyyy?" is one of the most over-the-top moments in a serious movie ever.

"Titanic."

I can see somewhat but the disaster scene is still amazing...

The Blair Witch Project is also on my list. I really hated that film. Didn't bother seeing the sequel.

I'm all for the realistic camera feel, but that film was one boring ass movie until the end which was so lame. Paranormal Activity is how to do that type of film.
