 The next great actor Who is going to be the next great actor? The current A-list in their prime would include Tom Hanks, Tom Cruise, Denzel Washington, Russell Crowe, Johnny Depp, etc. Who would you choose to be the next great actor?
My choice is Jake Gyllenhaal.

In terms of Box office zeal, then Orlando Bloom  if he keeps up his movie choices he'll do amazingly.

I dont think Leonardo DiCaprio can be considered the next great actor. He has had a film resume that spans a bout a decade now and has proved his amazing acting abilities with The Aviator.
I think Topher Grace is an excellent choice. IF he picks the right roles he could be big. He has the talent.
I also agree on Jake Gyllenhal and Jaquin Pheonix but I picked Pheonix!

Exactly. Someone who already has two Oscar nominations has already proven himself. He's not really a newbie.
