As I like doing research when the screenshot games are posted, I could do the same here and thus help some of the forum posters.

So, if you are looking for the name of a movie, post whatever information you remember and I will try to help you.

There was this really horrible movie frm like the mid 80s. It was about this family whos television becomes a gateway to another universe. The daughter was a tramp too and they had this Elvira ripoff named Medusa. The movie is sort of like Freaked except its not funny

Hmm... there was a TV movie (I think?) from the early 90's/late 80's and it involved dinosaurs. And a big T-Rex (or similar) that they killed. But then they stored the body and someone was taking pictures and it woke up and was chasing this guy down a hallway and chomping the doors.

It was lame but I've always wished I could remember the name (I was 6 and too scared to finish watching)

Could it be Carnosaur? or maybe Carnosaur 2? It couldn't have been Carnosaur 3: Primal Species.

Maybe its just me but I think we should have a thread on helping place a quote with a movie. Just today, I quoted a movie and now I have no idea where the line came from, can someone please help me.

Like Optimus said, Carnosaur may be the best bet, although the first Carnosaur movie is from 1993 (cheap Jurassic Park knock-off) and that may be past the time frame you posted.

I thought it was on a preview list but after going through 2008 and 2009 lists for the studios I still haven't found the shot.
It's basically a shot on a street at night time a man stands over a woman. I think the man wears a tuxedo as well.
And its a mystery/thriller movie. It could be "All Good Things" but I can't seem to find the photo because that movie has no screenshots available.
In the background there's a white fence and a tree. The woman is sitting down underneath a lamp post I think.

Damn! Questions are getting trickier as this time like you say the movie may not have been released yet or the pic could be from a promotional still and not a movie screenshot per se.

Although it's not the image that you describe, could SURVEILLANCE be a possibility?

Judging by your description the movie seemed to be a serious one, but the trailer for that movie makes it look like a kids comedy.

There was definitely a mad scientist. But the part that I remember the most was that the one dinosaur was "dead" until the photographer started snapping pictures of it at which point it woke up.

The kids from Dinosaur City look familiar though.

Who knows parts of this could be my brain playing tricks because it has been ... 17 years or so since I saw it. I seem to remember two kids and a crazy old man but I thought it was set in like a "modern" time.

Short film. Claymotion. Scandinavian (I think Danish). Involved zombies.

The one I mean deals with a father who thinks his son is a whimp. I think it might be set in the Wild West, but not sure.

What movie is it where peoples eyes go black and they start to ooze a black liquid (blood...kinda) out of their eyes? I was totally reminded of that watching MSK because the cancer girl's eyes totally look like that at some points in the film.

Well, that happens in both the TV series and the first movie of THE X-FILES. May happen in other movies, but I need additional information.

Aghh, that's not it and I don't really have any additional info. I was just reminded of a scene where someones eyes lose their pupils and irises and just turn completely black, but I don't remember anything else and can't connect the scene to anything else. I'm pretty sure it isn't a horror movie, but can't even remember what kind of movie it is.

Something similar with the eyes happens in THE EXORCISM OF EMILY ROSE.
