X-Men- 7
Wolverine- 6
X3- 3.5
Wolverine was actually a huge improvement over the trash that was X3, but not nearly the solid filmmaking present in X2.

X2 is better just slightly because of the great character development it had and the gay parallels that Singer brought to it (most brilliantly expressed with that one line that to this day I absolutely love: "Have you tried NOT being a mutant?" )
