 Jolie and Carrey Teaming up on a Rom-Com? Code: "Universal has purchased an untitled romantic comedy pitch by Gina Wendkos that may be a vehicle for Jim Carrey and Angelina Jolie, Variety reports. Although neither star is attached to the project as of yet, both have expressed interest in working together, which was the impetus for the script purchase. Wendkos wrote the script for "Coyote Ugly" and the forthcoming "The Perfect Man."" Hmmm.
I think they are great ... but I am not so sure about together ...
I don't know why just can't see them going well together. Maybe Carrey just wants to be the next co-star with Jolie .... for um ... obvious benefits. Who could blame him.

Angelina is far from box office gold, and Carrey is far from box office poison. Together, they form... an average romantic comedy. Well, Jennifer Aniston was far from a star in cinema, but she wasn't as prominent in film like Jolie is. So, it's hard to compare. If they billed it as Jim Carrey as the star, it will probably do well, since Carrey does well in comedy, but if both are billed as the stars... bah, I don't know.
... WAIT A MINUTE. He worked with Jennifer Aniston, and now Angelina Jolie. JIM JUST WANTS TO GET CLOSER TO BRAD PITT, DAMMIT!

Angelina Jolie is a mans actress. Shes sexy, seductive and sultry.
Women hate her because shes beautiful and hate her even more because shes got a reputation as a homewrecker/psycho
Wheras that seems to turn guys on...
So no; Angelina Jolie probobly can't do romantic comedy. Thats to soft for an actress like her.
