 Your Pixar Rankings!!!
I thought we had a thread like this, however it seems to be lost somewhere in the pre-search era.
Anyways, with WALL·E out this week I think it's time for a fresh go at it...
Here's my ranking (features only):
Toy Story WALL·E Ratatouille A Bug's Life Toy Story 2 The Incredibles Finding Nemo Monsters, Inc. Cars
(It's tough, because the first five are all perfect films, so it comes down to the tiniest gradients of how they personally touched me in order to rank them. The bottom of the list was less trouble, since Cars was there only outright failure so far.)
((Also I have added a poll just for fun, in which you can put your personal top three Pixar picks from their nine feature films released thus far. Let's see how a multi-option poll turns out for KJ's love affair with Pixar...))

My Official Ranking:
1. Wall-E 2. Ratatouille 3. The Incredibles 4. A Bug's Life 5. Toy Story 6. Finding Nemo 7. Toy Story 2 8. Monsters, Inc. 9. Cars
Every one of them is and A- or better... With the Top 3 ALMOST being inter-changeable.

 Re: Your Pixar Rankings!!!
1. Toy Story Super A+2-5. Finding Nemo, WALL-E, The Incredibles, Monsters, Inc. (I can't rank amongst them) A+6. Toy Story 2 A7. Ratatouille A-8. A Bug's Life B9. Cars I was never able to separate 1-5 (well, it was 4 before WALL-E came into play), but I finally finagled Toy Story out of there and placed it on top. The first five all make my all time favorites list....that's fucking incredible....five out of nine. Mind boggling.

1. Toy Story 2 2. Finding Nemo 3. Toy Story
Here's the divide between the movies I like (above) and the ones I didn't care for (below)
4. A Bug's Life 5. Ratatouille 6. The Incredibles 7. Monsters, Inc. 8. Cars
I didn't see Wall-E yet, but I anticipate it'll join the Toy Storys and Finding Nemo on the side of Pixar movies I actually enjoy.

 Re: Your Pixar Rankings!!!
Tier 1 1. Toy Story 2. Toy Story 2
Tier 2 3. Finding Nemo 4. Ratatouille
Tier 3 5. The Incredibles 6. A Bug's Life 7. Monster's Inc.
Tier 4 8. Cars
Honestly even the Tier 2s would easily make my top 100, there's just something about the Toy Storys though that can't be matched by them. Hopefully Wall-E can get in there though.
Even though it's my least favorite Pixar, I think Cars is an interesting note in the studio's history... On its own it's really not a worse movie than A Bug's Life or Monsters, Inc., it just feels worse because for the first time in their history, Pixar felt like they were playing by the numbers by going with a standard formula and storyline... even the title felt uncreative and safe. It was one time too many to the well. And I think they knew it. So after Cars they left behind both Disney and the standard family film blueprint behind and moved on to greener, new pastures in Ratatouille and Wall-E, both of which represent gigantic leaps forward in the CGI movement. They moved from great kid's films to adult storylines and themes, and creative cinematic-like animation.

Well, The Incredibles was already very mature and Wall-E and Ratatouille were already being made while Cars came out. So...? I also think that Cars is veeeery underrated. It tells you a lot about enjoying life, actually.

I always thought the middle portion of A Bug's Life was hilarious, the running joke of them not being "warrior" bugs really worked. I also like how Flick explains the whole situation to Tuck & Roll...even though they don't speak "English"
