Raimi's been saying "no" to this project for too long to suddenly do an about face.
This would be a dream come true for me if it happened, though.

saw evil dead 2 and that 3rd one ....
had to switch them both off towards the latter part ..... got so bored and found them extremely stupid .. then again, thats my general attitude to most old horror flicks.

Ahhh, here's the Question of the day for Saturday, Feb 5th, 2005: What if they make the EVIL DEAD Remake Rated PG-13 as opposed to Rated R??? Will you blow a Gasket and file a Petition to stop this or what??? If I do recall correctly and it has been awhile since I've seen them, I thought EVIL DEAD was R Rated??? Is that correct and it was pretty damn violent to if also correct??? Is it possible to make a PG-13 Rated EVIL DEAD movie??? I mean sure, the studio once again like any other horror movie out right now, will want as many butts in the seats as possible for more $$$... Hmmm..

They are gonna have to make it R rated. Its n ot army of darkness or evil dead 12 and 2 if they are not rated R. I think Campbell fans would throw a fit if they did not have it any other way... I know I would throw a fit.
