Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift RT Watch - 39%
http://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/fast_an ... kyo_drift/
...
It's a surprisingly good start, but it'll drop like a rock. 4 fresh and 1 rotten so far by the way.
My prediction is a 30%-40% finish.

Its too bad though about the crowd FATF is gearing toward to wont be able to read past the first paragraph of a review to know that the movie is getting a positive feedback

I dont know, with HR and Variety giving it positive reviews it might end up fresh fresh, even if it's a low 60%.

I'm shocked that two of those positive reviews are from Hollywood Reporter and Variety. The Fast and the Furious had like 50% and 2 Fast 2 Furious had 38%, so I'm guessing it'll land right in between.

After reading the Hollywood Reporter piece, it doesn't sound fresh to me at all... The Variety one however is a real fresh review

Superman gets a good review and it's obviously true - TFAF:TD gets a good review and it's shockingly exagerated...

I read Levy's review on the film and he didn't seem to like it much. Having said that, while i hate the first 2 FATF films, I had some faith in this one as this seemed more proper racing as opposed to the bullshit we were given before (even though the cast pretty much sucks).

We can officially guarantee a 6 out of 5 review for TFAT:TD from bradley.

I don't know where he'll go on this one.
If the tables turn and it gets bad reviews, I can see a 6 out of 5.
But if it, amazingly, gets a 65%+ rating, bradley's going with 2 or lower.

Ahh... the Inverse RT Witherberry Rating Theory - I think I read a paper on that back in university. It was interesting, but the researchers were found to have faked most of their data, and the theory has since been discredited and superceded by the Bradley's Actually Stating His Real Opinion theory...

Rrrrrright.
So, you really, really, really think that Bubble Boy, Soul Plane, and Aeon Flux are better movies than As Good As It Gets?

You could have at least picked a slightly competitive comparison film...

Hmm, yes, what an odd movie to bring out in that comparison.
I think BASEketball is better than As Good As it Gets. Along with a lot of other movies. In fact, I think As Good As it Gets isn't that good.

I highly agree, in fact 70% of all Jack Nicholson movies are vastly overated including About Schmidt, Heartburn, and Chinatown

Its a good movie, even with the poorly done gay side character, whom Greg Kinnear saves from being completely annoying.
