AFI's list???
WOKJ list??
Imdb's list??? I actually like IMDB's list. At least the top 50 or so. I don't agree with everything but it's mostly movies that are missing that's the problem rather than movies that shouldn't be there.

Predictable. It was #20 on my list...not really deserving of #1.
But thanks for all your hard work Box!

Great job Box! Out of curiousity, there were 5 films in my top 20 that didn't make the list. Where did they rank?

Yeah. It wasn't even close. ROTK won by a huge margin, more than ten points ahead of of Raiders in a competition where films often ended up with the same number of points! Interestingly, though, it got only 22 votes- far less than Jaws and The Matrix and several other films.
If we assigned films one point each, Matrix would've ended #1, with Jaws a close second (both got 27 votes, the most of any). ROTK wouldn't have made the top ten. Titanic would have. Thanks Box for all the great work you put into this! Am looking forward to any other interesting trivia statistics that you can provide.

Re: WORLD OF KJ'S 100 GREATEST MOVIES: THE TOP 10!
*sigh*
Thanks for hosting, Box. But overall, I'm very disappointed with this list. There were a lot of good picks, but many of them were ranked too low, and ranked way below things that should not have been that high.
LOTR: Return of the King IS NOT the #1 movie of all time. No.
Maybe I'm just bitter because As Good As It Gets didn't even make it into the top 100. I picked it as my #1, too. HOW IN THE BALLS does Unbreakable make it onto this list and AGAIG doesn't? I hate life.

It's settled, Peter Jackson has made as many great films as Alfred Hitchcock. We can all sleep soundly now.

It looks like The Graduate only even cracked the top 100 due to my #1 ranking. And very happy about Before Sunset (my #2) being ranked so high as well as City Lights (my #6) making the list.

The Thing, Robocop, Conan the Barbarian, The Right Stuff, Last of the Mohicans, Revenge of the Sith - please tell their places (that is, if they were nominated in the first place).
Or better yet, have complete list of all 600+ movies?
