What is the purpose of endlessly listing movies that most people skip over? Why isn't there any discussion or actual review?

Uh oh. I don't mind (since I think Sideways is overrated, too), but Libs will be after you...

I like keeping a list for myself (I'd probably do it anyway if I weren't on this site, since I'm a dork like that), and I think it's kinda fun seeing where other people place films.

It's long, boring, and overly talky - not my type of movie.

I judge movies based on whether I enjoy them or not, not on how well they're supposedly made.

I'm amused at how many C- through F entries people have. On occasion i expect a movie to be great and am dissappointed, leading to a low grade, but in general I try to catch what i think will be atrocious ahead of time so that I save ten bucks (or my evening). I'm wondering how tight people's filtering processes are here?

DK, those are some beautiful "A" movies you have going for yourself.

Haha. While watching those horrible stinkers are a waste of time, it doesn't really put a big dent in my wallet with Netflix and all.

Well, dolce, out of all the bad movies I saw in 2004, not many hurt my wallet. Infact, I've actually only paid for three or four of them. I've seen about 6-7 of those in the theater (probably), but I saw most of them on days where I watched something else at the theater. Like, if I know it's not going to be good, but gotta see it anyways, I might see something else. The rest are just rentals on a Blockbuster Unlimited Pass.

The only one I can recall that I had to pay for (in hopes of it being great) was Alexander...
