Re: RomComs or Horror Flicks: The Final Word
Seriously how is the Uninvited not a horror movie? Does it have the most misleading marketing ever and really contain a dramatic and challenging arc about abortion or what? Because I'm pretty sure a movie with a creepy unborn spirit kid and lots of yelling and people getting frightened (and killed?) by him is a horror movie. Just saying.

Not a single person joked about any of those things today, yet you commented on both Libs' and Chip's significant others. It has to stop Joe. You're going to get banned for this shit, regardless of the work you do on the main site and any personal things going on in your life.

question: why has neither the best rom-com nor best horror film been mentioned yet?

I would pick a horror film over a romcom any day.

rom-coms by default, horror overall produced 10 times the crap.

Rom-coms, there's at least one good every year, and horror one every ten years.

Re: RomComs or Horror Flicks: The Final Word
Rom-com and horror movies are both very predictable and there a lot of bad ones through out the year BUT for me horror flicks are much more tolerable.
and plus Rom-coms have the same shitty storyline everytime.

Definitely, Maybe? Horror films way more often try and surprise the viewer with twists. Most rom-coms don't.

Re: RomComs or Horror Flicks: The Final Word
The last horror film twist that was actually surprising was Saw One.
