I've only seen their English movies and they didnt really do much for me (such as Romeo Must Die, The One, The chris Tucker movies, Shanghai Noon) Maybe Kill Bill really stands out for me because of the fact that they involve females fighting and not males. Fighting Males are overdone

Exactly. There english ones arent as good, they concentrate more on humour, than action or fighting (moreso Jackie than anyone else).
If you want fighting, you gotta experience Hong Kong action, with people like Jackie Chan, Sammo Hung and Jet Li, and a whole load of others....in.....
'The Young Master', 'Police Story' films, 'Once Upon a Time in China' films, 'Project A' films, 'Dragons Forever' ......these are some good ones, but there are too many to list.
Kill Bill's Bride vs GoGo, i think i know which fight you mean, twas good, but nothing like Hong Kong action

Thanks for the recommendations! Now to find somewhere in Toronto, where i can rent these movies. I love martial arts like films. Blockbuster had one and i rented it... I forgot what it was called but it was about three women who fought men and who flew on trash cans by throwing firecrackers in the garbage can.
One question. how are these movies in comparison to Crouching Tiger which is my fave movie of all time?

Im not a fan to be honest, and his fights arent very well choreographed.

Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon = Fake Artistic Martial Arts
Jackie Chan, Jet Li and Sammo Hung = Nitty Gritty Real Death Defying Martial Arts

Yeah i tend to like the artistic martial arts, but the fight scene between Zang Zi Yi and Michelle Yeo was amazing! and quite realistic.

Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon is an amazing movie. You can say that the fights were fake all you want, but they were all done brilliantly, and I don't really like Jet Li or Jackie Chan films. Of course they have some great fights, but the plots are always contrived, and I don't like them. I loved Crouching Tiger because it had an awesome story, fantastic performances, and the cinematography is breathtaking, not to mention that I thought the fights were just nothing short of amazing, just my two cents.

lol
I would have liked CT,HD alot more if it was realistic, by that i mean, the people flying in the trees, the people sorta gliding and flying over the roofs and the way they could throw things in a straight line for about 30 metres, unrealistic as it gets!!!

Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon was about the poetry of human forms in motion, using fighting instead of traditional choreography.
I don't mind "non-realistic fighting" when they are trying to achieve an artistic aim (like the Kill Bill spoof)

Bad acting. Bad dialog. Poorly framed shots. The costume is a joke... an assassin my ass. Yeah with all that hair flying around and the nice lipstick to boot. The believablility factor is about zero.
There is absolutely no interest in how the movie is framed.
This is gonna suck!
That's funny. Hopefully, the whole movie isn't that bad.
I myself said based on the fight scenes from the trailers, it reminded alittle bit of the Alias fight scenes from Alias.
Remember Sidney from Alias, can be anyone so why not Eleckta.

Wow. Alot of people have really high opinons of their own opinion in this thread
Because from where im standing, certain people like to force their opinions down everyone elses throat like it was written in the bible People, no matter how many times you unsubtly throw in "suck" into the same sentence as this movie - it dosent mean anyone cares if you hate it before youve even seen it
Anyway, ill force my opinion down no ones throat now then
I am, of course, a bigggg jennifer garner fan, since way back in season 1 episode 1 infact So its like, a preset that im going to see this film.
And i watched the first five minutes and must say that its looking even better than i hoped for. Alot cooler, sleeker and sharper than Daredevil ; its a bit Parisian mystery, a bit crouching tiger, and the whole hair thing was way cool. It was surprisingly tense imo and i think it really sets up the film well for those who didn't watch Daredevil 1 or know of the comicbooks. It builds up Elektra as a mysterious and dangerous woman ; and Jennifer is lookin mighty fine.
Furthermore the cinematography is amazingly done - its all quite lavish and mahogany and looks different from any action film ive seen actually - im loving it. The action in the HBO preview was amazing - and this film looks like a hybrid between Kill Bill and Crouching Tiger - which is a very good thing

I actually liked the clip...
Sure its not the best, but what do you expect? Spider man 2?
It seems alright, some good fight scenes here and there, and maybe, it deserves a try!
...but judging by everyone's reaction....
...maybe not.

Oh man, my older brother was right (he hated it.). So ya guys know, that little black guy is the hip-hop jive talkin break dancer comic relief. No, seriously. I'll watch this, but right now I think it looks about on par with Torque. Entertaining simply for how over-the-top awful it is.

Well, I'm very sorry, but clearly this puts you at #3 on this list of Garner's biggest fans. For those keeping score at home, it goes like this:
#1. TonyM
#2. Mr. X (a distant 2nd)
#3. Dkmuto
