andaroo's right, this is a trading card.
The image is poorly composed. As it is now, the characters are packed close too each other. This bad because 1) you lose some of the depth perspective' 2) the image doesn't fill the frame correctly. The left side is busy, while whole right side is empty, giving the card an unbalanced look; and 3) the two fighters are directly in front of that red lighted column so the image is even busier. They should have chosen a screencap of a wider camera angle to give more distance between the Sidious and fighting Anakin/Dooku, to get them away from that column, and to spread the action portion over more of the screen area.
(is that specific enough for you, BKB?)
However, anything's got to be better than the other poster of the wrinkly Vader-thing cape floating off Anakin's back (the one with the red background). And by that I mean ANYTHING.

I'm sorry BKB but I'm not impressed with this poster one little bit. I didn't like Phantom or Clones, and I don't think I'm going to like this one either. I only liked the original ones. I don't have to like this poster, and if I think it looks shit than that's my opinion, and I shouldn't be called a spoiled brat for it, grow more brain cells dude!
