I think a lot of people certainly don't give Ghostbusters and Beverly Hills Cop the respect they deserve because they made so much money, and werent just comedies. But they excelled on almost every level they went for. And Ghostbusters I still can't go a week without quoting.

"They hate this, I love to torture them"

Im glad we can get a discussion in here for a change, rather than just voting. Results will be up on the 10th and the new round as well, thats today for those on the East coast.

Results- Close race, though, dam those who picked #1 over #2. Out of 11 participants

Top Five Historical Epics:
1. Gladiator (8)
2. Braveheart (7)
3. Lawrence of Arabia (6)
4. Sparticus (5)
5. Troy (4)

Good range to going from 1960-2004.

New round coming next.

Here it is. I'm coming to you with two different topics involving Child stars. The first dealing with individual performances, and the other about films starring kids. So hopefully this will bring in more people as it seems more distinct. My only real limitation is that the actor/actress playing the character needs to be under the age of 17.

Top Five Child Star Performances

1. Jodie Foster- Taxi Driver (14 Years Old)
2. Daniel Radcliff- Azkaban and Goblet of Fire (13 and 15 Years Old)
3. Edward Furlong- Terminator 2: Judgement Day (14 Years Old)
4. Haley Joel Osment- Sixth Sense (10 Years Old)
5. Jonathan Lipnicki- Jerry McGuire (6 Years Old)

Yeah as much as I love HP, Radcliffe really doesn't deserve to be on any list.

Well Id pick him over almost any kid these days. Yes Dakota, and Abigail may be finer actors, but Daniel is much more charismatic and its very hard to be a big budget hero at his age.

Sorry for the delay everyone. My show and various other commitments had slowed my involvement. A new round and results will come up within 2 hours.

After the recommendation, kind of a very split result, with many people picking many different people. I think this is the lowest number of votes for first place. Only 9 voters in this round.

Top Five Child Star Performances:
1. Natalie Portman- The Professional (4)
1. Judy Garland- The Wizard of Oz (4)
3. Jodie Foster- Taxi Driver (3)
4. Henry Thomas- E.T. (2)
5. Daniel Radcliff- Goblet of Fire (2)
5. Haley Joel Osment- The Sixth Sense (2)
5. Linda Blair- The Exorcist (2)

Here we go, something a little newer, being that oscars were not too long ago. This is very easy to know the limitations. This is a very tough one though. There are so many great movies that have won, yet do I go to personal preference or to actual quality of films. Hard to tell.

Top Five Best Picture Winners:

1. One Flew Over the Cookoos Nest
2. Forrest Gump
3. The Godfather
4. Silence of the Lambs
5. The French Connection

:tears: I wanted Rocky, Departed, Braveheart, American Beauty, and many others on there.
