Ebert gives The RING II ** and a half stars.. He liked it more then the first Ring, which he gave just two stars to. :razz:

Currently at 33% Rotten with 31 Rotten and 15 Fresh.. It almost seems like the type of movie that you either like this movie or hate it based on the concensus of this tally so far..

Now I realize folks you feel I'm being heavily biased by posting only negative reviews of this movie and no positive reviews and the reason for that is that there's just more negative reviews that are overshadowing the positive one's unfortunately, meaning this is pretty bad.. :mrgreen:

I was reading one of the reviews of this movie over at AICN as well as CHUD and both reviewers said that the ending of this film is pathetic and played off as being politically correct.. The ending is in "white text" so as not to spoil it for others who haven't seen it,but you've got to be kidding me?? :???:
SPOILERS: I think the film is some sort of twisted metaphor about single mothers not allowing their sons to be gay, but I don't think anyone else will buy that.

Besides the fact that this is from AICN (which should tell you the guy is probably an idiot), he described it as a "twisted" metaphor that he saw. Obviously, that would mean it's not actually what the ending *is*, but how he interpreted it in some warped form.

Just in case anyone's keeping track, RING II is now at 26% Rotten.. That's a hell of a drop from yesterday at this time and if memory serves correctly, AVP received 23% making RING II not much better, theoretically speaking of course.. :laugh:
