Anne Hathaway doesn't have the sophistication/femme fatale allure to play Catwoman.

Hmm....Weisz would be good for Catwoman. Well you could argue Catwoman/Selina is the love interest. Catwoman isn't really a true villain. I have a feeling it could be Talia trying to get revenge for her father's death. With the league of Shadows, she could do the most devastation to Gotham among the remaining villains.

Blake Lively for the crack whore who gets killed in the opening scene. Agreed on Catwoman, not at all on Kiera. I just don't think she could fit Nolan's universe at all.

All are no good other than Watts for love interest.

The opening heist, the parking lot sequence (I believe), the first Batman/Joker showdown, and the Hong Kong trip (the action parts). I believe it was about 15min-20min in total. Unless I'm proven otherwise, I'm sure Argos was setting you up. We'll see.

Re: More TDKR rumors: Film will be shot completely in IMAX
I don't buy it. Sounds like fanboy excitement, from what I'd read (about a year ago) I can't imagine the technology is to the point that he can really do it without enormous struggles. 15-20 minutes was challenging already, I can believe an hour of footage maybe but not two and a half.

Just curious, but where is the article where it's rumored that Nolan cuts the thing like a mongoloid on meth? And floats an artificial sense of realism in the face of non-realistic camera work and stage setting? Just curious.

Eckhart Confirms No Two-Face in The Dark Knight Rises
Quote: Aaron Eckhart confirmed once and for all to MTV that Harvey Dent/Two-Face will not be appearing in The Dark Knight Rises, which he says "is going to blow everybody away."

Hardly a surprise. Nolan said clearly before that Two-Face is DEAD.

Re: Official The Dark Knight Rises thread - Talia Al Ghul?!
"Heat Vision is reporting the trade has learned who Christopher Nolan is looking at for the female role in The Dark Knight Rises:
Keira Knightley, Anne Hathaway and Jessica Biel are due to test for roles in the Warner Bros. superhero tentpole in the next two weeks. Also testing are relative newcomers Kate Mara and Charlotte Riley. Hot British actress Gemma Arterton has also scheduled to test but, as Heat Vision first reported last week, Arterton just landed the female lead in Paramount's Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters and might now have scheduling issues.
The site adds that Nolan is filling two female roles for his third Batman movie - a villain and a love interest. According to them, one character is Talia, the daughter of Ra's al Ghul (Liam Neeson in the first film)."http://www.comingsoon.net/news/movienews.php?id=73169

Re: Official The Dark Knight Rises thread - Talia Al Ghul?!
I totally buy him doing Talia, she can fit into his universe quite easily. There's no way she'll be the main villain though, not with the focus on Raz in the first.
