Post A Dialogue Coach Has Been Brought In For EPISODE III=Hmmm..
http://www.starwars.com/episode-iii/bts ... index.html

According to this link here above, a Dialogue Coach has been hired by Lucas and Rick McCallum to bring out the Best in the actors/actresses in the Final Star Wars film "Revenge of the Sith"... It should also be noted that there was NO Dialogue Coach for the last 2 films which prompts one to wonder: Did George Lucas actually cave into Critic/Fan Pressure over the dialogue in the last 2 films being labeled "Wooden" and decide to listen to constructive criticism?? Myself??? While I don't have as many problems with the SW Pequels as alot of nitpickers do, if I could say the 1 minor problem I did have was that the last 2 films in the SW Franchise sounded like you were watching an episode of C-SPAN or Meet the Press with Tim Russert instead of the way the OT was in not taking itself so seriously.. Interesting.. Maybe this will be the highlight of the Final SW besides ass kicking Lightsaber battles and FX???

Yeah, that movie was just horrid. If Lucas doesn't care for his projects, why should anybody else? Just let it have terrible dialogue.

I don't think the movie itself was horrid, but it wasnt up to the standards of Star Wars.

Realisticly there were just to many important points, like Anikens mothers death, where the dialoug made his feelings unbelievable, and thats not good. I could not even believe his feelings for Portman, because what he would say would be so corny.

I have often thought Lucas should bring in someone to help him with the dialouge, he does great storys, and I still can't wait to see E3.

I personally don't think the dialogue itself was that bad. It could have been better, but for the most part, it was above average. It's just that the actors couldn't get the best of it.

I'm talking about AOTC, mind.
