The Two Towers trailer is good, but it's just the song that makes it stand out, otherwise it isn't that good. The Die Another Day teaser is awesome. Sin City trailer is good mainly because it looks so different and that was a great movie too. Terminator 2 teaser is just great and so is the T3 teaser actually. The first Man of Steel teaser is incredibly good too. The Get Carter trailer does nothing for me, it's perhaps that I know the film is more of a displeasure.

Re: Still one of the best trailers ever
It's mainly the second half of the Get Carter trailer that is fantastic, but also I know that I love the trailer for pure nostalgia. I must have viewed that over 1000 times (no lie). That was back in the days of dial-up, and our Internet kept cutting out, so I would never finish it before it finished loading. This went on for days and days. Same for Driven, D-Tox etc. But I wouldn't change a thing. Those were fun times.

cool though
I don't think I ever really started watching trailers before youtube, around 2006 maybe, and even then in the beginning, I definitely didn't follow new trailer releases at all. I only got my trailer fixes from the cinema until maybe 2012 or so (and way before youtube a bit from rent-film on VHS or DVD perhaps too). I think I didn't even really get into trailer watching before we started discussing films.

Re: Still one of the best trailers ever
Trailers were the best part of going to the cinema and renting videos. Well, not the BEST part, but they were a nice extra that we definitely were excited to see (arriving late and missing the trailers/if a film only had one or two trailers would not be met with pleasure).

The first trailer for both parts of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows is one of the best for sure. I embarrassingly enough remember crying when I saw it because of how excited I was

Texas Chainsaw Massacre (2003) is one of my very favorites.
