All this prompts me to ask: Who are making the movies now, so that Hollywood will have material to remake 30 years from now. :razz: Or will they just have to settle for making a remake of the remake of Bad News Bears?

well i'd let the comic book movies past. the comics, animations and their culture is still alive today and pretty popular.

Yes that's true, and I do give them a pass. Especially War of the Worlds and Fantastic Four, both of which I'm really looking forward to. War of the Worlds because it's Spielberg and FF because it was one of my favorites growing up. (I hope it doesn't suck. I'm hopeful.)

I'd say put the remake of Bad News Bears and Dukes of Hazzard on the Guillotine right now.

Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, the world could do without.
